Such rudeness we have never met before

07.30 Friday 13 November, hauptbahnhof station Vienna. young rough looking male member of counter staff. Bought 2 cappuccinos for wife and myself, just like hot milk rather than cappuccino. Tried to buy express to top them up using loo voucher. Refused and my disabled wife who had no part in the altercation was thrown out of cafe. We have frequently used this cafe, never before meeting this roughneck. We won't be using it again.
