Overtime you deal with a lot of block chains.I’ve been told all of them are secure, that’s not true. Many block chains have bad actors as they call them, but they’re scandalous people out to steal what they get their hands on. Individuals constantly want to mislead individuals to give their stuff away. The ledger stops all that. It has never been hacked and never will. That’s how strongly I believe in ripple. My keys are the only way in and out of my wallet, I am responsible for my money and I’m willing to accept that responsibility. The ledger allows me to do business in an honest, secure way; I love that.

I ordered a wallet, and after almost two months of waiting and repeatedly contacting the company, they finally replied from an email thread that had already been deleted. Their responses were rude — at one point they even suggested that I should try to track down the courier myself because he wasn’t answering them. When I eventually asked to cancel the order, they agreed to do so only on the condition that the courier returns the product to them, and they did so without offering any apology

Absolutely horrific. Cannot get it to function 100% over 4 separate devices.
Support implies its user error, so i try other devices and the same problems.
The Android app does not allow you to update because the screen will not scroll to accept the update. It is basic coding to rectify, yet here we are.
Will not work on Linux Mint for me, constantly throwing errors.
Got it to work on an old windows laptop, got my assets showing, but then threw a tantrum when i tried to withdraw - All of a sudden the cables failed, even though i had not touched them. The cables, which support also tried to blame, where fresh out of the packet with the new Ledger i was forced to buy to retreive the assets off an old ledger.

I personally believe they have designed the products to fail so you are forced to buy new ones.

Support people smart and fast. ... and available!

I was not able to be in to take delivery as fedex would only deliver at 10 am after lots of calls very frustrating calls as they would not listen and the issue of ledger only allowing the person that has bought the product being able to sign for it.
I eventually had a call from my local fedex depot who told me that they could not deliver my parcel after 3pm as all their drivers were back at the depot. I had to do a 1hr and a half round trip to pick up my parcel.
So I would not recommend ledger after this horrendous experience.

Using the Ledger Nano X to secure my crypto assets in cold storage where it's totally safe provides a huge level of security. It was all very easy to set up, move my crypto to, and then lock away so only I can touch it.

Spoke with Emily in customer service and was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and genuine in her interaction and education on the question I had about ledger and their security. Despite the FUD they’re a winner IMO. Replaced devices that have been faulty in the past at no cost, troubling shooting everything, I will say sometimes I’ve had problems take months to resolve but that’s kinda par for the course in this space regardless of the vendor.

Ledger STAX is a great device, easy to navigate, seems to be the most secure.
The CRYPTOTAG is amazing. Very well built and very well designed for a long term use of the blockchain technology to help users get the best piece of mind to keep your seed phrase safe and secure from hackers and malware attacks and weather events that could destroy the seed phrase that is so important to the security of your crypto assets and your personal data that you can trust.

This is our second Nano X Ledger and the support information and guides on Ledger are brilliant. What could have been highly stressful was a straightforward recovery process. Reassuring and clear instructions guided us through setting up new wallets due to failed, aged (6 year old) wallets. Read all the information on how to care for your phrase and wallet and our experience is easily avoided.

Poor product and customer service.
