Lee's Spot on Motorcycles - Bad Company!!

I Paid Lees Spot On $8,500 for rebuilding my 03 WR450F from the ground up, Thought lee's spot on motorcycles would be good as lee use to own my bike, OMG was i "Wrong" After five months of waiting for it to be finished i can say No One bothered to call me even with my name & number i wrote on the 110 Litre plastic Tub in Big Black Texter full of $5000.00 worth of new parts i Supplied for the bike & lee him self treated me like rubbish, Never wanting to talk to me on the phone as i live far away, just kept saying to put it in an email & send it to them, Only time Lee actually emailed me was when he sent Tax Invoice for part payments. He never knew what was happening with my bike, always had to ask mechanics what was going on while i was waiting on the phone. When my bike was finally finished the front sprocket nut Wasn't even finger tight no lock washer bent over nut, and oil leaked out of the engine when it was started. Brand new Trail Tech Vapor speedo computer i supplied and they peeled off the plastic screen protector and then scratched the screen, New double take mirrors came home with a dark oily sticky muck splattered on them and splattered over the bike plastics. They put new graphics on the bike covered the 3 D ring holes on the air filter door plastics so i had to cut the holes my self to reach the D ring clips. Air Filter Box Filthy Dirty with old oil, Plastics were never cleaned properly before new graphics were put on Because dirt was stuck to sticky side of new graphics, They cut a hole in side plastics to fit an electronic part witch is ok BUT leaving rough jagged edges on plastics like having been cut with a hacksaw is not! New Gear leaver Scraping against engine cover, New Baja Designs S2 pro spot & flood lights put on forks, they were pointing to the sky, I told him i wanted them up higher on forks in email and in person, but Nope he didn't want to do that.. they put them down low & now i know why he didn't want to re adjust them, The nuts & bolts cross threaded, done up too hard. i had to cut them off & modify the brackets myself. I told them i wanted this bike rebuilt like new again, scratched up back shock Not sent with frame to be powder coated, Nope they don't care! & it looks bad with paint missing on rebuilt back shock. They ordered new handle bars for the bike without my knowledge I wasn't asked what colour ide like or what kind of a bend i wanted or any thing! No calls to me at all ever!! i didn't want to be a pain calling them too much but i did call from time to time & was always put on the phone to the mechanic Michael but i wasn't told about lots of things i should have been told about. Its as if Lee him self didn't know any thing about bike except that it was there. Before the bike went to Lees i Bought & installed in the head light a Cyclops H4 Ultra LED Bulb Conversion with Cooling Fan witch was 10,000 Lumens costing me $240.00 "Extremely Bright" after i tested it! Well the mechanic told me he tried to tidy up all the wires under front headlight shroud but he said they were still messy, Now that front LED head light looks "Extremely" Dull so now i have to get someone else to fix it. Perfectly good old parts missing when they made me take boxes of old parts home.4 new LED indicators installed on bike with very small skinny wires going under back mud guard there was No protection put on those wires from rocks & stones hitting them not even heat shrink. i was made fun of because of all the new blue parts i bought for the bike & i wanted Oxford Premium Adventure Heated Grips. They put the heated grips on with thick wire pointing forwards in the way of my big hands instead of facing back. good used tires not given back. Trail Tech speedo light Not working at night. They left my bike outside in HOT 38 degree sun, Fuel tank built up pressure, one way valve air in, not out, Ruptured my repaired plastic fuel tank! Lee would tell me one thing Mechanic would tell me different story. now i have to get someone else to fix the problems they caused. Not Happy! while on the phone with them they wanted to give me the bike back with the Ruptured tank still on the bike instead of putting one of my other 2 good smaller fuel tanks back on the bike. There's more but i can't fit it all here!
