this is really awkward and frustrating…
this is really awkward and frustrating to have such an experience. I have applied by a friend of mine to legalstart.fr for my kbis but it has been more than two months that I am waiting for. I am paying my business rent and employee but waiting for the kbis stil. every time I called the customer service they have the same reply but zero activity. it is harassing and awful to me.

This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM! They have made plenty of mistakes on 2 of my companies. On the statuts and the beneficial owners. I've tried for months to get the modification done but the interlocutors are incompetents. Every time I call, I'm transferred to a call center that have no power to assist and help me except repeating they will follow up with their managers. I've proof of all mistakes and emails sent to Legalstart. My issues are not resolved yet.

Refuse to return the deposit
I thought about opening a company in France. Found this service for SARL charter generation. Chose a free plan and paid a deposit for the state fee for opening SARL. Then, for personal reasons, I changed my mind about opening a SARL in France and applied for a refund. They refused to refund my deposit. This is not a payment for your services, this is a deposit for the state fee. The service is engaged in fraud refusing to return the deposit.

Extremely Disappointing Service
I logged a request 19 October for an Auto-Entrepreneur and 7 weeks later, still no business registration. Had to pushed them through each step with emails and calls. Extremely slow or no response to my queries. Don’t use if you need quick service. Go directly if you can. I don’t know why I paid for a service that takes 4 times longer.
