Couldn't understand why I was unable split my personal chattels (2.3.2) 50/50 between 2 beneficiaries as I could with my residuary estate (2.4.2). However, no personal chattels have been allocated so I was able to disregard this issue.
I understand this is a business but having to pay extra for all the add-ons makes the overall experience somewhat expensive.

On your point about splitting personal chattels (Section 2.3.2):
This section behaves differently depending on what type of gift you’re making. If you’re creating a specific bequest of money, you can divide it 50/50 between two beneficiaries by clicking Add New Beneficiary and then creating a group with both people. Groups always divide the gift evenly — so for two beneficiaries, that’s a 50/50 split.
For personal effects and household items, the system doesn’t allow percentage splits because these are physical items rather than monetary amounts. Instead, you can assign specific items or categories to each beneficiary (with a named alternate), or leave all chattels unassigned so they automatically fall into your residuary estate — where your 50/50 split already applies.
That’s why the residue section offers percentage options, while the chattels section does not.
Also, just to clarify, none of the add‑ons are required if you only need to create a Will. The base Will package already includes everything needed to produce a fully valid legal Will. The optional services (Power of Attorney, Living Will, Vault, etc.) are simply there for people who want additional documents or features — but we also have more comprehensive packages that bundle those services.

Will Writing Made Simple
The process provided was generally quite good and fairly easy to follow . The suggestion however that the time involved can be as little as twenty minutes is a little misleading . Even for the most straightfoward of circumstances , due dilligence and accuracy dictate that extra care (and time )should be taken over what is a very important document .
We chose to have copies of our documents shipped to us , not realising that they would be coming from Canada ( two weeks in total ) . The documents were sent in flimsy white envelopes , and arrived with creasing to the folders and enclosed paperwork . This is not acceptible for the £40+ postal charge . Further , the stapling of the documents is not wholly conducive to the signing process .
In summation , there are some elements of your operation that are in need of improvement / rectification.
