Update: they responded today (after more than a week)and activated my LEI, not a scam but definitely much slower than the advertised 24 hours

Complete disaster to complete a renewal. what should be a very simple proces has turned out to be extremly frustrating, confusing and expensive - spanning over a period of 12 months with back and forth emailing. Double payment, no service, no useable support.... al in all super bad experience.
Creating a new account overall went fine but their renewal policy is close to an actual scam.
Even though we clearly cancelled the automatic renewal in time, they still sent an invoice. Even after several emails back and forth, they relentlessly continued to pose threats of commencing collection procedures etc.
If you need LEI for your company I would stay far away from Lei Manager.
No reply on the support phone, software is glitchy, was charged two times and application for LEI was not processed, very bad experience
