Our laundry rack broke on an angle and I contacted them.
They instantly answered and send replacement items for free.

First I was veey happy with their products, but wince my
last purchases it’s gone very downhill, the products look and work like products from a €1 store or Aliexpress… parts fall off, don’t work properly, and you don’t get a full product without ordering accesories with them. You buy a mop and you get a static thing with it that you cant use to mop…. like what?
Also contacted the customer service but they blame the company I bought it fro
(third party) and said I have to ask them
for a refund because they gave a “defect” product which is ridiculous because more people have this problem. I just want proper tools in my house, not new garbage or excuses.

Will never buy this brand again.

When asking for speciffic product information they give out false numbers on a pretty large scale. When i try to inform others about their petty actions through a product review, they sink even lower and remove it. Such a nasty misconduct

Very nice customer service. I had a problem with a spare part for my Soehnle Kirtchen Scale. My Danish retailer wasn't able to help me, but Kim at the Leifheit Customer Service helped me solve the issue. Within a few days, I received the spare part by post.

Sent me a spare for a part that broke, I was expecting a bill. It was not in warranty and there was no charge - no questions - no quibble. Outstanding customer service.

Ordered a package through bol.com Waited unnecessarily long on a track and trace number so i contacted them, they said "we unfortunately took the order but we can't deliver because we are out of stock, because of a mistake of a vacation worker. Our apologies for this, we already contacted bol.com on getting you a refund."

First of all, what company just throws an employee under the bus, instead of blaming techincal issues? I don't care if one of your workers f-ed up. You shouldn't attack your own workers just to satisfy a customer.

Second. They didn't contact S***. I contacted bol.com after 6 days and they said "we cant even find any form of communication or conversation with them, we will cancel the order and refund you right away." So? At what point did you actually contact bol.com? Lies upon lies.

First and last time I have ever ordered something from them.

I still can't quite believe this. Last year I was trying to buy an ironing board from a VERY large Internet seller in the UK, you know the one. There were all sorts of problems with price and delivery so I contacted Leifheit in Germany, not really expecting much. To my utter amazement they had no hesitation in sending me the ironing board I wanted quickly, direct from Germany, and without asking me for any money. It doesn't get any better, imho. I eventually bought the one I was trying to source in the UK and will keep that as a spare.
