Today I had a very good experience with mark said would be with me with in half hour and beat the time expected he was a very lovely guy who explained everything really well to me so I understood he replaced my key barrel and and gave me new keys all in all it took no more than 10 mins very professional and lovely company would advise to anyone

Phoned Saturday morning. Arrived after a previous appointment.
No fuss. No bother. He carried the exact replacement due to its common door gear.
Thoroughly recommended.

Had a new barrel lock and door gearbox installed - the lock was fine (although over priced at £40) but the gearbox seemed worn from the start (and was very expensive at £94) they also took my old (working but janky gearbox without asking) so when the 'new one' got even worse i called Leighs Locks back.. Mark tried very hard to convince me it was the springs in the handles causing the problem and would only fit a new gearbox when i proved to him it was not the springs by getting him to fit the handle of the door onto another door I had. After that he fitted another gearbox which appears to be my old one again as the same jankyness has returned. Then to top it all off I got insulted by the company owner for giving a bad review. I would avoid this company if you actually want new parts fitted.

I needed my lock changing quickly after an incident with a cleaner (who left blood and glass on my floor, my doors unlocked and took the key!!). I contacted Leigh’s Locks and they came over in the late afternoon within 20 minutes. They were helpful, friendly and changed the lock for a very reasonable price. I can’t remember the exact date of this, but it happened some time last year.

drilled out my lock and there charge was no less than ridiculous, would do my research and hire a professional next time, extremely rude and arrogant steer clear of this joke of a company. Edward
