Well pleased with our quote

Julie the telephone salesperson was knowledgeable, patient and courteous. We were pleased with the quote and proceeded to enlist for insurance.Also, a relief to have English speaking phone assistant.

Staff member was very courteous and helpful over the phone. All documentation received promptly so we can now enjoy our first stay in our static caravan without any insurance concerns.

Tom was very helpful with my initial enquiry, there were some details I had to find out about my caravan which wasn't a problem, Tom said to phone when I found the information required, I called back twice, I'm sure I spoke to Lauren and Vicky, they were both very helpful and understanding, they are all a credit to your company.

Excellent service

My experience with Leisuredays is always so easy and friendly. I renewed this morning and spoke to a lovely lady (Nora) who was very helpful. It makes such a difference to the call. No waiting, no menus, just good old fashioned help and assistance. Pricing is particularly good with this company and I cannot fault them at all.
