Do not purchase Leki products!!
I purchased a pair of Leki poles and when they arrived they were seized and not fit for purpose. I contacted customer service which was an absolute waste of time. I recieved a generic robotic response completely ignoring my questions and instead I was advised to purchase a new part and also a specific tool to fix the pole (crazy for a brand new product!). I was sent a link to the part I apparently needed so I went ahead and bought it along with the tool. The parts arrived and were wrong! I am now even more out of pocket and frustrated for having my time wasted.
What an absolute joke to be sent faulty brand new poles and wrongly advised to fix them. Disgusting from what's supposed to be a market leader.
Can't believe how many bad reviews are…
Can't believe how many bad reviews are floating around. Leki are best poles in the world. Best endurance runners, beginners, everyone prefer these once you try them you won't go anywhere else. I did have different brand which wasn't good enough for me and had to let them go. Leki are best. Some people just need to find proper pair which is suitable for them.

Wish I had seen these reviews before making a purchase for walking poles. Incredibly poor for what are meant to be a premium brand and not what I would expect. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Order cancelled for no reason
I purchased a pair of poles from the Leki website in the UK. The order was successfully placed but a few days later I noticed that the money had been refunded into my account with no explanation. I emailed them and they told me that they had emailed me and that it probably went into my junk mail, and that I had been refunded because of an "unusual" stocking issue. I tried to find the email with an explanation but I could not find anything from them. I also had another look at their website and it says that the poles are still in stock, so they either haven't bothered to change their website stock list or they have fabricated a reason to cancel my order. Either way, it is disappointing service from what I had believed to be a premium brand.
Poor quality and very poor customer service
My wife purchased the Ultralight trail poles for me as an upgrade to my Black Diamond Carbon poles. What a disappointment, from the start I had issues with them seizing up, and yes….i did take care of them as per guidance. Eventually one pole seized up completely, when I approached customer service they sent a generic reply telling what not to do to try and free them.
Generally very disappointed with what is supposed to be a top of the range product, especially given the price. Customer service shocking, I know have one pole, tried fixing it myself to no avail.
I’d recommend buying another brand, Black Diamond are still going strong, certainly wouldn’t recommend Leki or buy another set, very very poor quality and service.
Leki pole bent after 8 weeks!
I bought a pair of Leki Super Micro Stick for my wife who is around 5ft 2ins and quite small and 70 years of age. I was advised by Leki that these are the sticks they would recommend for my wife.
We also bought a pair of Leki Silent Spike rubber feet for them from a third party Leki dealer.
One stick bent near the bottom after eight weeks. Leki did not want to know. They blamed the rubber feet for the bend. They said that the feet I had used was for the Nordic Pole. I said if the feet I bought should not be used on the Super Micro Stick there should be a warning "UNSUITABLE FOR SUPER MICRO STICK". However, I am suspect as to the quality of a walking stick that can be bent by a bit of rubber at the tip.
They didn’t even want the stick back to inspect it for a manufacturers fault. They didn’t want to know.
We have bought many a cheaper stick from another walking outlets and they have lasted many years.
I have asked for an address where legal papers can be served and they have not responded.
If you buy Leki and you get a problem they do not want to know… unless you pay them to fix it or buy spare parts.
I won’t let this go an I am considering what legal path to take as people could be injured by this product.
Leki poles manufacturing faults.
We bought Leki poles through a third party seller. Neither of whom will listen or act on our problem. The poles supplied are faulty in that the connector loop is too tight to be easily attached/ detached. Leki pass the buck back to their seller, who ignore mails. So we have been supplied with faulty goods and Leki are totally disinterested.
Mending pole
One of the sticks I’d had for about 5 years broke and Leki Customer services were brilliant in guiding me towards the repairs department and then they were brilliant at getting it fixed in record time. It’s as good as new - can’t even see the join. I use them very regularly for balance and it’s good to have them back swiftly… thank you Leki!
Bad Products, Bad Company
I pourchased a Leki HighFives cane. Both "speedlocks"failed resulting in two falls. I'm 76 so falls are quite signifant to me. When I brought this to the attention of the company they said it "was probably my fault". I even offerd to send the cane back at my expense and pay for the repairs,
. They never even answered. If your looking for a company with no quality who does not stand behind their products, Leki is the place to shop
The Best Customer Service Out There
I own many Leki poles and use them for thousand of kilometers every year, they are the berst out there. I have the opportunity to interact with Leki UK a few times over the past years and especially recently for a
broken pole: their customer service is simply second to none and I couldn't recommend them more.

Easy website to find what I wanted…
Easy website to find what I wanted (spares for an existing Leki walking stick) Arrived within the time expected.
Telephone service
Tried 9 times to speak to customer service. Phone is not answered, tried web form, spam msg back.... eventually found an open air email which managed a reply. If you do not want to talk to customers please say so and take telephone number off website. Pole piece was champion.

Bought these for sdded stability…
Bought these for sdded stability following a back problem. So far, so good. I have not walked so well in years!
Pole tip and basket
Got exactly what I wanted, both in one pack and it arrived in two days instead of what I was told (4-6). So although the postage was a bit more than I expected, that made it worth it.
Parts difficult to identify
Service was prompt although postage and packing cost half the price of the item. I ordered the wrong part even after reading the spares advice so had to send it back, this is really a Leki problem as spares are very difficult to identify from the descriptions and have no part numbers on them. On advice I ordered a second part so fingers crossed...
Service excellent
Service excellent. We placed our order over the internet just after lunch and it arrived the next morning. What could be better?
