They are very unprofessional.

They are very unprofessional, they have an account validation system, but it's too bad, they don't even care to help you to validate your account. You have 3 options to pick to validate your account: Respond to email, whatsapp and in browser chat. I tried all of them, but on email they respond if I received the email that I just responded to, on whatsapp I got no answer and in browser chat that works only and only on phone, they are not responding too and they say the response time si a few minutes. It's just a bad affiliate company.

The Lemonads Affiliate Network is something very different, in good ways.

I signed up with them and I was very clear about my background on the advertiser side and not so much on the affiliate side (all relationships builds on mutual trust, mutual respect and good communication so being completely sincere and honest is always the way I want to be).

I went through their careful screening process and that IS good, I mean to not just let in anyone. I talked to a a guy by the name João M. on Skype. He asked me questions and I asked questions about them. I was later approved, or actually it was my incorporated company that was approved and this required further documents to prove that I was indeed the owner of that company. Identity documents, VAT ID and registration papers from the company registry in my country. All good!

They are careful and they have every right to be, they must protect themselves as well as their advertisers. Already here, being friendly, have great ethics and being available for communication, they stood out from my previous terrible experience with that other affiliate network that I have reviewed at TrustPilot too (read one of my few reviews here and you can see by yourself, there is no need to mention that name here because Lemonads and that other, dreadful, network are like two different planets. The other network I mentioned are just time wasters. Oh well, forget about them... Lemonads is very different, they care about their affiliates AND their advertisers and I think it’s good.

Lemonads is not just different to the better, I would say that they are in another league and they totally rock! João M., whom I spoke with during the screening process became my affiliate manager. Gosh! He is a great person! It’s obvious that Lemonads are careful also with what staff they hire because João is such a great guy and true professional. He does his job with excellence. He pushes their offers, suggest the good ones to me, do the things that I need to reach success and if I do that, so do Lemonads. He is a rockstar in building relationships to his affiliates.

I have had a bit of bad luck since I joined them. First I caught Covid-19, then I had an accident which has made me pretty much passive for some time. With the response I have got from Lemonads and João M., I feel very loyal to them so it’s a bit embarrassing to not have generated all the sales that I hoped to have done by now. They sure know how to create loyal affiliates at Lemonads.

I have a few bigger projects going on with e.g. them that will take some time so when I get back again, without the plaster on my arm, I will start working hard to bring them the sales that I want to generate, both for me AND for them. You see, when you sign up with Lemonads, you will find that you yourself change a bit to the better. With the great interaction you have with them, the mutual trust, the mutual respect and the excellent communication, you just KNOW that this network is different. They stand out in a very good way.

Every review should also bring up something not so good to be reliable. The thing is that I couldn't find anything. After careful thinking where I forced myself to find at least one thing that wasn't excellent, I came to think of something. Lemonads have an odd view on how to calculate EPC (earning per click, which together with the commission will be able to calculate the conversion rate of the offer). I would prefer if their EPCs really stood for that; "per click". It's not, it stands for "per hundred clicks", so to avoid confusion I suggest that you guys either change it to "per click", or label it as EPHC instead. Oh well, once the affiliate know it, then it's not THAT big of a problem, but I personally would prefer to stick to a consistent definition of EPC. Also, please show the EPCs on each offer page, now I steal too much of João's time by asking him about it.

I am a picky reviewer. I hardly ever write reviews neither here at TrustPilot nor anywhere else, but with Lemonads I just have to tell the world of affiliates AND advertisers that they are all in good hands with Lemonads. They are a network that takes good care of both their advertisers’ business and their affiliates. They are many lightyears ahead of that other network I have reviewed before. If you as an advertiser will ever think of getting into an affiliate network that you can trust, then I can tell you that from the affiliate side I see how they are eager to protect your interests and your business. (I have been on the advertiser side myself for many years in e-commerce companies with annual revenues up 320 million USD.)
For affiliates I can tell you that with this network you will never have to fear anything. If you agree to that every type of relationship builds on mutual trust, mutual respect and good communication, then Lemonads will become your new safe haven with great offers, great ethics and great affiliate managers.

The support is incredible

Got accepted to the network immediately and the offers range from a variety of niches. More importantly their support is incredible. Highly recommended, they pay weekly as well which is a bonus if you are running paid ads

Lemonads my favorite network

Lemonads is currently my favorite network. I have tested some of them and this network is really really professionnal. The support is simply awesome, the offers are very good with a good payout. With wire transfert i'm paid within 2 - 3 days without fees. My affiliate manager has a very good knowlefge about media buying and I have learned lot of good things with him. It take times to earn money, and currently my earning grow up every day. Of course it's really important to send quality traffic for the long run. For me it's the best CPA network with crazy Epc

Unprofessional, Unreasonable People

What can you expect from the company that makes its employees leave reviews here?
I am absolutely sure that 2 out of 4 reviews were written by current employees of the company or all 4 of them were written by them. (not sure about the other 2 to be honest)
The level of unprofessionalism is just unbelievable. They ignore your messages and even remove you from their contact list when you try to confront them and challenge their logic. From what I believe, when you argue with someone, you need to construct your argument by applying logic and reasoning. But, their representatives were lacking both of them. They kept giving me ridiculous excuses which could have sounded like a funny joke to anyone. It was a very childish act when they stopped replying instead of trying to prove their point. I wanted to have a discussion with calm manners but that is not something you should expect from them.
Trust me I am writing this based on my genuine experience. I do not usually go around and leave reviews even when I experience something bad. However, this time I felt the need to do so. Since this is something that other people need to be aware of. Do not trust reviews you have seen about them. They were written by their employees or just fake reviews to boost their image

Lemonads is a trusted affiliate network

I've been an affiliate partner for almost six months there and had a great experience so far. The team is nice and helpful, and I never had any issue with them. Account managers are very supportive and I learnt so much from them. They always guide on CPA campaigns that convert like a charm. Plus, plenty of offers to choose from, across a bunch of verticals. Great affiliate network. I give them 5 stars.
