The broker Ronald was very professional and gave me information that was easy to understand

It is so frustrating that their customer portal was either down, displaying incorrect information, or incomplete information. There was a glitch with there automated payment system and when calling into customer service, the representative couldn't and didn't offer any explanations and did not correct the issue, yet they were able to subsequently tack on additional interest charges on the loan after it was too late to address the matter again.

Working with Trevor Kiefer made everything super easy and very understandable. He not only was informative but very polite and patient with all of my questions.

With them, you’ll never pay off your loan, because their interest is very high and they don’t care to release your score to prove that you are a good customer and paying them on time.

Ronald was amazing. Customer service was excellent. Real difference maker.

After reviewing my request my loan was approved in less than 30 minutes. I was asked to submit some documents and some minor adjustments were necessary.
The loan officer, Trevor Kiefer, was very thorough, helpful and professional.

I could not have been happier with my experience. Trevor Keifer was courteous and so professional. He was knowledgeable and quite efficient throughout the entire process. He took the time to follow up with me when there was a delay on my end in sending my information. He immediately contacted me and walked me through to complete the process. The process was very direct and simple and took no time to complete once I figured out my error with Trevor's assistance. He worked with me like he was helping a good friend. He did an outstanding job and in less than a day I was approved and the funds were on the way and received the same day. That's the kind of service not many companies offer and I couldn't be happier. Credit Karma gave me loan offer and inform me that I had an excellent check of getting approved by Lending Point which I didn’t believe because they told me in the past and I already had a loan with lending tree with a 29% interest and they denied me to take another loan when I always paid on time for the past 3 years. I took my chances and Donald Barber call me to finish my loan process and said I did have an excellent chance and once he send it to his team they will review & get back to me within 3 business days. The same day I receive an email from Mr. Barber and he said I got you approved at a lower rate at 24% APR. 5% lower then what I was paying. I receive the money the next day and paid off my loan and my Macys card with a 36% interest rate. Even though it didn’t cover all cards but was able to pay towards the other cards & will be able to pay more and pay back my loan before the 5 years is up. Thank you Mr. Ronald Barber.

Worst experience ever. Spent $1000 to obtain $8000 loan. $400. for insurance. Ask to purchase products on Amazon. Spent about 6 hrs. on the phone, in 3 days. Finally give up. They kept my money. Foreigners you cannot understand!
