Fast, convenient and extremely easy to set up! Plus they gave me better rates then many others out there!

West Financial and Rocket Mortgage were excellent. No issues at all from application through closing. My first contact was with Loan Depot and when I decided to go with West Financial, Loan Depot continue to call and email daily for weeks. I had to threaten to file a harassment complaint before they would stop calling me. Their rate was much higher than all other offers and they weee misleading on their documents. Their offer letter was a 5/1 ARM but they insisted it was for a 30 year fixed loan. Had I not been well informed on loan types, I might have missed that.

Alma took us under her wing and patiently walked us thru the loan application. She patiently explained each form. I was approved for the loan before we left the building. Credit cards were paid off immediately, and the remaining cash deposited in my account.

This company has not been very helpful yet cause I’ve gotten nowhere with this app

I was connected by Lending Tree with Gravity Lending. Michael Ortiz helped me through every step, and made refinancing my vehicle extremely easy! I was able to refinance for 3 points lower than my original loan. Everything was done quickly, & I can't say enough about Michael. He was awesome!!

I'm please that the company was able to provide me with the funds that will work towards mt credit card debt and some minor home improvements.

The only improvement that would help the consumers is a lower monthly interest rate and payment amount.
