I always love shopping at Lensway, however, their website is kind of problematic. You can not use any other discount code when the product is already discounted, which is a pity.
On top of that when I tried to make a subscription for contact lenses, so I don't have to think about it and get it delivered regularly, although there was a 10% discount, the contact lenses were 10% discounted from the original price (around 250 DKK) and not the actual price that was on the website at that time or based on the price I paid last time (which was around 125DKK in both cases). Kinda a difference right? Unfortunately, it is and although I love their products and customer service, I can't give it 5 stars as the website has too many drawbacks.

Gladly surprised
I was a bit surprised for the price they offered. It seemed a bit too good to be true in comparison what I used to pay in the previous place I got my contact lenses from. So even being a bit skeptical, I bought it. What they offer is exactly what they supply.
Really happy with my purchase, I am going to keep buying here from now on.

Order OK, but beware that you get no invoices
Order comes without an invoice that I could use for my insurance. On request I am referred to Klarna, where the app does not find any transactions and it is almost impossible to reach customer service. Lensway is not able to provide a customer with an invoice for their purchase!!
