Delivery was very fast, material is so good, and the packaging looks expensive, they gave the free pouch for glasses which is also used for wiping the glass

Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service. First delivery never arrived, replacement delivery was a week later than estimated and included a contact lens that was damaged. They never replied to my complaint about the damaged lens. Would not use again.

The only good thing about Lensway is…
The only good thing about Lensway is their prices. The company do not have any clue about where their packages are.
I have now 2 times experienced that I needed to call them because my packages were 2-3 weeks late. They offer to send a new one, but then it is my treat payment wise when I have to resend - if the first one shows up.
This is really bad service, and they have not once tried to fix it, call Post Nord or anything.
Now i have to wait 30 days to see if the package shows up and if not I can get a refund. Well .. then I'll just go without lenses.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service and that Post Nord has not been able to deliver your package.
We have offered to send you a new package, but I am sorry this was not a preferred option for you. If you do not want a new package we have to see if the package is delayed or if it is lost. If we can verify its lost in the mail we will do a refund. Since mot packages that have not arrived in the normal time actually show up, we can not do a refund straight away. Thats why you have gotten the message that you have to wait.
Our packages is sent without track and trace. Post Nord nor us can see where the package has been. We contact Post Nord about all delays and lost packages. Since it has no track and trace we will do it in bulk.
When we have choses not to have track and trace its because track and trace only say where the package have been, not where it is. Packages do not contain GPS trackers and can therefor not been actually find the package.
So we have offered to send you a new package. If you change your mind about getting a new package give us a wink and we will send one straight away.
