Product arrived in perfect condition and fast
I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Lentiamo because they had a much better price than other websites. The order was smooth, the sunglasses are in perfect condition and arrived in a few days. All the taxes and customs fees were already included in the original price

Awful, detrimental in every sense.
Customer service answers in monosyllables and grunts. Ahah, Naahhhh, Ummmmgh. It takes 3 months to resolve an issue, be ready to suffer a heart attack due to the rudeness. You will be shaken and you will be challenged and in the end the will come back saying: "we are sorry to disappoint you once again, but we have decided to end our business relationship with you based on very unpleasant communication from your side, including swearwords and threats. We would like to say goodbye on friendly terms though and wish you all the best."
But your order will never appear! Neither will your money. Or you might get the wrong glasses, or the wrong graduation. Of course you swear.
