Excelente y rápido servicio al cliente. Les envié algunos correos electrónicos con preguntas, pero sus respuestas fueron a la carpeta de correo basura mientras estaba sentado en casa, cada vez más enojado. Descubrieron que no estaba leyendo sus respuestas y me llamaron y respondieron todas mis preguntas. Me siento como un completo idiota por no revisar la carpeta de basura, pero los chicos fueron muy amables al respecto. Ahora estoy esperando que llegue mi bicicleta. Eso sí, con Covid-19 y personal reducido, todavía se tomaron el tiempo para llamarme y resolver las cosas. Estoy realmente agradecido por esto.
Excellent and quick customer service. I send a few emails with questions to them but the their responses went to the junk folder while I was sitting at home getting angrier and angrier. They figured out I am not reading their replies and they called me and answered all my questions. I do feel like a complete idiot for not checking the junk folder but the guys were really nice about it. Now I am waiting for my bike to arrive. Mind you, with Covid-19 and reduced staffing, they still took the time to call me and sort things out. I am really grateful for this.
