After receiving parts from LeonLite, it was disappointing to learn there had been a miscommunication identifying the needed piece.

Made it very painful to replace 1 broken stake. Very time consuming and took months for a simple replacement that any other company would have done as a courtesy yet they charged me for the stake and shipping. Staff was friendly but policy is not customer friendly

While the website was easily maneuverable and the products were of good quality, the descriptions were confusing. Packages were not delivered on time, in the wrong quantity, customer service is nonexistent, and the downfalls set our project back a week.
