I ordered a product from Leoon.store and never received it! I ordered it from my phone. Luckily, I took a screenshot of the item and the invoice. I tried to contact the company to let them know that I had not received the product and the website was closed down. Very frustrating! I’ve lost my money! The product I ordered was for a gift!
I ordered one of the side tables back in August of 2020. I have not received it. Please either send me the table or give me my money back. I'll definitely be reporting this if I don't get one or the other.

I ordered an item on 8/9/20 with a UK delivery of 7days for a birthday on 21/9/20
After waiting 10 days I contacted and they said give a further 7 days, after that 7 days I asked for a refund and they just replied give it another 7 days, after 28 days I demanded a refund and they replied thank you for your patience it will be delivered shorty.
I replied that the product was no longer of use as the birthday was long gone and I demanded a refund again and today 30 days later got the reply again thank you for your patience it will be delivered shortly.
I am disgusted and have raised an issue with Facebook who it was advertised through and PayPal who I paid through but both have replied we will look into this with a months time resolution.
