I took the Pet express twice now. I am so glad this service exists as I can take my dog with me on holidays. It is a very well organised and friendly journey.

First time but definitely not the last using Lepetexpress, excellent service. Smooth process, collected from the train station in Ashford and dropped at Calais train station, perfect and hassle free.

First time booking Le Pet Express in order to travel back to London with my cat without a car - it was great and I absolutely recommend their services! James and Sean met us early at Calais Frethun station, checked our documents, explained the process clearly and we were able to catch an earlier shuttle back to the UK. Very easy way to schedule your trip with your pet!

Before I discovered the company I was getting offers from pet-taxis. I booked with Le Pet Express as it was an economical choice for me, in the first place. However, Brenda was so carefull & helpfull and noticed a big mistake on my dog's documents that could cause a horrific problem for me while crossing and I was so happy to not book with a taxi! Thus, I also recommend Le Pet Express in this context, especially to the first-time pet-travellers.
Yet, on the day, we had an extreme professionalism by James that also made a very smooth crossing the customs that was stress-free time for us.

Excellent advice and knowledge with papers and requirements beforehand. Good, consistent and fast communication. Reliable and efficient. A warning re kennel size on payment screen would be useful so it can't be missed when booking. Thank you Brenda for your help and service :)

If you don't have a car, you don't have a lot of options for bringing your dog from France to the UK. Eurostar doesn't allow pets, the ferries only allow them in a car, and on flights they have to go in cargo at great expense and hassle.

With Le Pet Express you just show up at Calais Frethun, put your pet into one of the van's kennels, settle into your own seat, and you're off! A couple of hours later (mostly getting the dog's paperwork etc checked) you're in the UK at Ashford International. It's convenient, affordable, and your pet never leaves your sight.

This is truly the most professional transport service between France and the British border at the cheapest price. Mrs. Brenda who organizes and implements this service is very dedicated from the beginning to the end of the process. She knows the whole procedure and before the trip she will explain to you what is needed from the documentation so that there are no surprises at the border itself. Therefore, good preparation before the trip is important, but the whole process at the state border is very easy because Brenda knows what to do and when to do it. Huge recommendation for this company and this was my second trip with them. Rating 10+
