Maybe nicer customer service would be nice.

The skirt was in customs for a month, which is no fault of the retailer. When it finally arrived, the button on the elastic on the skirt popped off immediately. The elastic in the waistband was not finished well and was fraying away. When I contacted someone at the company to discuss it, and ask for a new waistband elastic to run through, well, I wasn't treated very nicely. No one apologized for the button, or the elastic. I repaired things the best way that I could.
*** In response to your reply, I barely stretched the waist when the button popped. I wasn’t trying it on, just gently seeing if it would fit my niece. You say you helped - but you were just as condescending as you were in your reply - and couldn’t even say you were sorry the button wasn’t properly stitched. I reviewed our correspondence and not once was there an apology, like you say below. It is so easy to say, and it would have not led me to feel so negatively about the interaction. When you pay the price of your skirts, a properly stitched button should be pretty basic, and was it really a big deal to send me a new elastic when the one inside had frayed to the edges of the first button hole? Thanks for making me not feel bad about my review at all.

Hello, thank you very much. We received several emails about the delay in customs and the button and always replied friendly to each email. You informed us you broke the button yourself while gaving the skirt a tug when trying on. I informed it simply could be sewed back on. About the fraying on the inside elastic waistband I explained it did not matter since the elastic waistband is inside the waistband tunnel and not visible from the outside and are never finished due to that not being needed. There was no need to replace. Even though we assisted you with everything and apologized for the inconvenience I am a bit disappointed you still write differently than what actually is written in yours and our emails. The fraying again is on the inside. You already made changes on the product so guarantees and returns can not be accepted. Ordered a skirt and they just decided…

Ordered a skirt and they just decided to send a dress. Not sure why. There was no communication about the switch. It just arrived on my doorstep. They assumed that the product was more expensive so I would be happy with that. I needed a skirt to pair with a onesie for my daughters first bday. Customer service was just generally very rude. Original price on the products is high so I expected a pretty decent product. It’s literally polyester garbage from China and is presented as such. I since did a google image search and the same products are available at a fraction of the cost. I’ve attached a photo here. They have the skirt listed for $72CAD and Amazon is selling an identical version for $11CAD. I just went and ordered the latter. My advice to anyone else is to just search the images and order the cheaper options online. It’s the same crap! Don’t let the high prices make you think otherwise! Owner can claim whatever she likes. I literally own her version AND the Amazon version and they came in the SAME cheap throw away plastic made in China bags….

That is what YOU currently have the skirt listed at as per the screenshot. Just trying to help out future consumers. I hate being scammed! And I paid 15 euros plus 30 euros shipping which is approximately $70CADsweetie…

Ps. you paid €15 for the skirt in our store, so that is not true what you all write... and you received €7,50 as refund because of our mistake sending the wrong item. You now have a dress listed for €49 for which you paid €7,50. That is not scam. Shipping, duties and taxes are not part of the product price. The screenshot you show with the 72CAD is a retailer in Canada Baby en Route who sells our brand and is NOT what we listed.
