Fast delivery, terrible tasteless product. I had 2 Diy packs, followed instructions, let it air, let it steep but.. Tasteless. You can vape it and it has a slight burn in your throat.. The nicotine is in there.. But.. No flavor.. Absolutely zero flavor, tried it on a new pod.. And another new one., let someone else try. Nothing. Such a shame really.. One of the Diy's got color, the other one doesn't (different flavors) but still nothing.. I can smell it from the bottle.. But not while vaping it.. I tried all kind of settings on my vape but.. Guess it wasnt meant to be for me.

I trust Petit with all my vaping needs. They offer a superb website with all the latest and greatest products and liquids. The experience for the last 5 years has been amazing. They provide me with a 5 star experience every time.

Customer is king at LPV

I have been a customer of LPV for many years. They are very reliable and, above all, transparent about their pricing. Compared to other webshops, including many competitors, they offer a lot of discounts, which customers really appreciate. The staff are very helpful and customer-friendly.

I have also placed orders with A&L, Calumette, and other French webshops. LPV is simply the best there is. If I don’t order from LPV, it’s usually only because they don’t have a specific product that another webshop does.

In general, French webshops are already much cheaper than those in the Netherlands, where prices are sometimes increased several times over. The fact that LPV offers such high discounts shows how large the profit margins on vape products are. Even so, LPV is still the cheapest. Many other French webshops add extra costs to squeeze even more money out of customers.

LPV is clear, honest, and transparent with their customers. They are also very active in their Facebook group.

In short, they are reliable, offer fast shipping, have excellent customer service, and the people working at LPV are very friendly and pleasant.

It has been over a month since I placed and paid for my order, and despite providing them with proof of payment, they still insist they never received it.
Their customer service is unhelpful and keeps repeating the same excuses instead of actually solving the problem.

I placed an order to be shipped to the UK and they used the wrong customs codes. My order was rejected by customs when it arrived in the UK. I contacted LPV customer support, and was told I had to wait 30 days before they would consider a refund or replacement. Very poor service!

As others have said, I was a little weary of ordering vape goods from abroad. But I have got to say, these are one of the best companies I've ever used on the internet. Cheap prices, original goods, daily updates and speedy delivery. Was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend.

I made over 25 orders, only 1 courier related problem, which the customer service solved in a timely and communicative manner.

The products from the store are high quality and the prices are very good, but the support and delivery are a nightmare. I always have to wait weeks to receive my order. The delivery company, Colissimo, makes fake delivery attempts (they simply claim the customer wasn’t home), and the store seems to tolerate this behavior, offering no support for the delivery. In all my attempts to use support to help receive my order, they always responded as having contacted the carrier, none of this changed the delivery situation. They seem comfortable using such a poor service. Just look at the carriers' reputation. Be careful—you might not receive your order either.

Well all you UK Vapers, have you ever had an issue with a supplier I Have, so i thought to try a French supplier.
Firstly I was a little worried to purchase direct but the exchange rate and final cost was less than UK price with no issues whatsoever.

Secondly, after purchase I was updated daily on my product delivery even after purchased over the bank holiday still arrived Thursday, the bonus they are also happy to sell chaeaper than UK and you get a relavant loyalty bonus.

I was worried about a potential scam or the who gives a Sh1 but found the product as Genuine Aspire unavailable in UK but in stock with no hastle.
