Wonderful Experiences
I've purchased a few times from LePrix and all experiences were great. The items came as described, quick shipping from the seller, and the communication was transparent. I utilized the "make an offer" for one purchase and it was simple, fast, and easy to follow-up for purchase. Avery has been super helpful! She’s assisted with several orders and been fantastic with customer service and quick responses. I was sent the wrong item by a vendor and she quickly corresponded with them and sent shipping labels for exchanging the wrong item with the right one.

Read All of the Fine Print
Ordered a watch that was sourced from Japan. Paid the invoice and was promised free shipping. Didn't know I had to pay import duties so when the watch reached the US I received a bill from DHL for $82 import duty. The LePrix rep advised that the import duty requirement was clearly set forth in the shipping terms. I feel that this should have been clearly printed on the summary of charges. Very disappointed in this.
