Overall, I had a positive experience with my resume writer, Lola. She asked many good questions to help me revise my resume. The initial call was supposed to be short, but she stayed over, making sure that we were able to flesh out exactly what my needs were. It remains to be seen if it was worth the price tag.

This company is rich full of useful information and has an excellent staff who is professional, timely and provide great customer service. My resume writer, Lola, was fantastic! During our initial zoom, she really listened to my story to understand where I am coming from and where I want to go next. While our meeting was supposed to be only half an hour, she didn't end the call until she had a solid understanding and a strategy for telling my story. She was very responsive to my emails and delivered drafts to me sooner than necessary so that I could apply for a job that opened a few weeks ago. Fingers crossed my future employer thinks I am as great as Lola makes me sound!

I think it is a scam. A lot of grammatical errors.

Very simple breakdown of the prices and services offered. Agent was easy to work with and willing to work through any questions about the process I may have had.
