Antibody thyroid test kit
Very helpful responses to questions and good contact from nurse to review results. Woud have been 5 stars but for having to wait over a week for kit but it was over Easter. Also would have welcomed an easier way of getting drops of blood into the very small sample container! Had to use lancet 4 times till blood flowed sucessfully enough - fortunately plenty of lancets sent! Also good instructions

First Sampledid not arrive?…
My first sample was not received so I registered my second sample. When i checked online 3days later the info was not updated saying still in transit i found it very difficult to reach anyone with my concern and ended up getting a reply from the American end. I finally got a call from a very helpful lady on the Irish side who sorted my query and made sure I got my results ASAP.
Would have expected a more secure way of sending for the price. I ended up paying 5euros to register. I did everything as requested the first time and sent back in pre adressed box??

Dreadful product
Dreadful product. Before being able to take a sample this company asks for a huge amount of personal data. They say it's necessary to give a picture of your health but it's clearly for their benefit not yours.
When I had to register that my kit had arrived the website link repeatedly crashes. I am left with two kits that are useless. (You can't use them if you don't register them.) But of course there is no helpline or email supplied. So tgey have my money and I can't use their product. It feels like a scam. I'll be going elsewhere in future

Instructions provided were for lancets different from the lancets in the actual kit. When I requested replacements, they wouldn't send them and required an inordinate amount of follow-up information. Refused to fix their mistake without making me jump through many hoops.

I returned my test over a month ago...no results
I returned my test over a month ago. They said test results should be available in 2-5 business days. I still do not have results. I opened a ticket online and was told they dont cover that issue and I need to call in. I called in they said it could take up to 20 business days (which the site does not state) which it has been and still no results. My insurance covered the test so I am not looking for a refund, Im just looking to get my test processed and the results back. The company should set expectations initially rather than stating 2-5 business days when it cannot meet that date

Terrible service. Upcharges to be treated if positive with something. Have to make separate appointments. They call and tell you your results then say they can only treat you if you pay 50.00 for another appointment.

still waiting for test, 2 months later. Keep getting the same run-around from their "CUstomer No-Service". No refund, no test. They dragged it out long enough, so VISA will not reverse charges.
