UPDATE: I submitted my 2 star review (see below) describing how after several times of having a 5 star service from this company I was really frustrated with the utter lack of communication from the company in my last order. When my latest order arrived at their facility during an ongoing snarl at the receiving facility (tech related maybe? the company's operator wasn't sure of the nature of the mess) the order took 17 days instead of 3-5. That was really inconvenient but the biggest issue was their lack of communication about the delay which forced me to reschedule my doctor's appointment not once but twice. Even a simple group email warning of the delay would have eliminated my frustration. While that didn't happen, one week after my review below, I received a full refund for that set of blood work. So was it a fun, smooth experience? No. But did they, in the end, step up? Yup. Will I order from them again? probably. But I do hope they install some sort of customer communication - even if it is automated - if this ever happens again. But I do appreciate the refund to be sure. Thank you.

I usually love this company and have used their services 3 times in the past with only good results. But they need to get better communication when things go south. I mailed in my order this time and expected the usual turnaround of about3-5 days. You can track what stage they're in. So when I still hadn't gotten results in over a week I wrote and asked what was up. Zero response in 48 hours (they never responded) so I called and was told they had had a major outage but that my sample was fine - just back logged. I asked for a time estimate in case I needed to reschedule my doctor's appt. They had no idea. So I rescheduled. Next week they STILL hadn't contacted me or moved my sample ahead for analysis so I called again. They thought it would take ANOTHER 5 days. So I rescheduled. Again. I now finally have my results and as usual the service is clear and helpful. My only beef with this kerfuffle is zero communication with a customer. Please next time send out a group email so we all know what is going on. OR at least respond to emails that are inquiring. A little communication goes a long way. 2 stars goes to the friendly and helpful-as-he-could-be phone operator who was kind and understanding as he gave me the update. Clearly he was not the issue. I imagine he was answering calls like mine all day long - I also imagine that a simple email to all customers with current orders would have made his day a lot easier. My doctor's office is understanding but this was not ideal.

The company claims 2-5 days. Well my sample was sitting in a lab two weeks before it was ever processed. That is pretty insane to claim 2-5 days and land nowhere close to it

The results are super fast
The results are super fast. Good testing kit. The only issue is that the Lancet should poke a bigger hole; I had to use all 4 lancets to get enough blood. Everything else is great. definately recomended.

I have used this company before and their service is excellent. Why am I giving them a 0? Because I noticed this round after reading the legal jargin in their kit activation that they state they have the right to use any leftover genetic material for their own research purposes without giving an option to click "opt out" and still let you take the test. In other words you pay for a test kit and then they surprise you with a " by the way we have the right to use your material" without letting the customer know up front. Underhanded and unethical, After this round I will not be using them anymore. I look forward to PR responding in the impersonal corporate ass covering jargon they have been programed to do.

Let’s Get Checked User Friendly
Let’s Get Checked made it very easy and straightforward in getting labs done. The kit was simple to use and directions were easy to follow. I took my sample and sent via UPS and they got it same day. I got my results the next day. Communication was very good as Let’s Get Checked texted me to let me know they received my sample. I followed the directions exactly yet nothing useful supplied.
I followed the directions exactly. I made sure to do only the correct number of blood drops and the blood made it to the line specified. I waited the correct amount of drying time before putting in the mailing package and I mailed it within hours of taking the test. Results for all but the blood sugar came back as insufficient sample. Frustrating exercise with no useful results. Unfortunately would not recommend.
