Ordered a 3 month subscription only 1 month delivered and then 3weeks late.

Very cross as it was a birthday gift

VERY POOR

I purchased a six month subscription as a Christmas gift and have repeatedly had to chase up the monthly orders. I use the contact email address and don't receive replies. It is now 5th July and my gift recipient has not received their final box for June. It is a lot of money to receive cake through your door and I've come to the conclusion that it really isn't worth it.

Tastes great and has good customer service. I love that they have sugar-free products, and I hope they add more to this section. I had a great time and would recommend this bakery's goods.

First order was for 3 cookies for my wife as a 'back to school' surprise (she's a primary teacher). She's had to check they're vegan as has never had Vegan cakes so good and says they are absolutely wonderful. 5/5 and will be back for more.

Requested a custom box for a special birthday and Letterbox Bakery were so helpful. I sent a card to them and they included this in the box and also made sure the box was wrapped and sent beautifully. Recipient was so happy. I love shopping with small businesses and this one is great! Will be back to order more

Royal Mail caused a minor issue with the delivery of this product But the company was quick to respond and couldn’t have been more helpful in resolving the issue. Fantastic customer service! I will use again and recommend xx

Another amazing box of cakes delivered and received. I left ordering last minute but Katy was very helpful and was able to expedite the order for me. Absolutely fabulous company

I ordered the brownie mix box , it arrived in what I considered poor condition, messy , I expected better as I paid £14 for my granddaughter s birthday treat .
Never again will go to local bakery and know what I’m getting !
They did refund me £5 but whole experience poor .

We ordered a chocolate selection from the Letterbox Bakery as a treat for my parents during lockdown. Delivery time and communication was good, and they were so pleased with them. Would definitely order again.

I received this box for my 30th birthday, it really made my day and was so pleased with how they were presented in the box!! I will most certainly buy from letterbox bakery again and have also subscribed for 3 months!! Fabulous customer service and were most helpful when I asked a question about subscribing.
