I love this bed!!!

I’m not going to go into all the details as to why this bed is fantastic as it has covered by all the other 5 star reviews. I have had the bed for 18 months now and I still love it as much as the first great nights sleep. I have recommended this bed to all my friends and only wish Letto would make a size that fits caravans as I miss my bed when on holidays.

Letto split king bed

We bought the king split Letto bed just over a month ago and couldn’t be happier. Being able to adjust the bed to our own personal requirements is good for both of us. My husband has had chronic pain for 25 years never slept well. The Letto bed has been a game changer for him especially the zero gravity position. Since sleeping on this bed I also have significantly less back pain too. We are both very happy with choosing the Letto bed

Buyer Beware

This company is selling beds that don't do what they say they do. They advertise that the bed is good for certain ailments but if you find that it doesn't help, they will not take the bed back.
They have a 30 day comfort guarantee that only covers the mattress not the whole bed. The refund on my king single mattress was $200.
There are so many misleading claims on their website, I would suggest you read their terms and conditions carefully.
The company hasn't been helpful at all. I have lost thousands of dollars and I can't even use the bed.

Do not buy off letto design its a scam I ordered a water park and it never turned up when I emailed the seller the email was no longer in use . ITS ASCAM PLEASE DONT BUY OFF THEM AND MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME

Worth every cent!

We purchased a Split King adjustable bed from this company a few months ago, and honestly, it has made a huge difference in our sleep and overall comfort. I suffer from lower back pain and mild sleep apnea, and being able to adjust the bed’s position has helped me sleep through the night without waking up sore or struggling to breathe. My partner loves the massage feature too — it’s such a nice touch after a long day.

The mattress is also fantastic. We switched to the firmer side after a few nights, and it’s perfect for us — supportive but still really comfortable.

The team at Letto were amazing from start to finish. They were patient with our questions, helped us choose the right setup, and kept us informed during the delivery process. Even after the bed arrived, they checked in to make sure we were happy with everything.

Highly recommend to anyone struggling with pain, sleep issues, or just wanting a better night’s rest. Worth every cent!

Where do you start with this company there service is second to none from the sales people to the delivery driver I want to say Thank You you should be so proud of yourselves the bed it self is fantastic have never slept so good so easy to install if you are considering buying an adjustable bed Letto is the company to buy from delivery was 3days cannot get any better than that

The bed is extremely uncomfortable and…

The bed is extremely uncomfortable and I’ve had so much more pain since sleeping in it. The 30 day comfort guarantee is just words. As because I chose that bed it’s bad luck. I’m pretty sure their 5 star reviews are mostly fake as you can see a pattern when reading through them on different platforms. The owner accused me of being a competitor not a customer as he has never heard of me, umm check your invoices.. I only purchased it in March. Please think carefully about purchasing from this company. Customer care is just not there

We love our Letto bed and mattress

We love our Letto bed and mattress. We were so nervous buying it without trying it and were so pleasantly surprised. Previously, we've had a more expensive electric bed and we prefer the Letto bed and mattress. I've had back surgery a while ago and my husband has a bad back so, it’s been important to have a bed that is comfortable and supportive. We have also bought one for my sister, and she’s been very pleased with hers as well. The bed offers good value for the price, is very easy to assemble, and the customer service and delivery from Letto was outstanding.

Excellent customer service and the most comfortable bed.


Excellent customer service! And the most comfortable bed! We were looking for an adjustable king size bed and came across Letto online. Not only is it the most comfortable bed, but also the quality is the same or better at a quarter of the price, with all the bells and whistles as the Tempur beds. I talked to Claudio before purchasing and he answered all my questions. I ordered the bed on Saturday and it arrived Monday and slept on it that night. It’s one of the best investment I’ve made. I highly recommend Letto beds to anyone. Thank you Claudio and your team.

This is the third purchase my family…

This is the third purchase my family has made from Letto, and once again, we couldn’t be happier.
Claudio has been fantastic throughout the entire process,professional, helpful, and always a pleasure to deal with.

Best sleep I’ve had in years

Best sleep I’ve had in years, seriously

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to for this. I bought a Letto bed a few months ago and honestly, I wish I’d done it sooner. I’ve struggled with lower back pain for years, and this bed has made a massive difference. The zero gravity position is a game changer. I wake up without that usual ache in my back.

It’s super easy to use, really sturdy, and surprisingly quiet when adjusting. The massage function is a nice little bonus too. I wasn’t sure I’d use it, but now it’s part of my nightly routine.

Delivery was smooth and the team at Letto were great when I had a question about setup. 100% worth every cent!

Don’t think twice just buy one and rest easy!

Can’t believe what a difference this bed is making!! Absolutely amazing! Haven’t slept this well in years and wasn’t sleeping at all for the last three months following orthopaedic surgery but that’s all changed now! Sheet sets are wonderful too, so soft and comfortable and it is really easy to fit them on the Split King with the bed raised up ; literally can’t fault this bed… well maybe the positioning of the phone charging points but everything else is perfect! Great service and delivery man Bjorn was so helpful too plus this bed has so many features, under bed light, torch in remote, massage mode, zero gravity, 2 Favourite settings and more . Thank you Letto 😍

For a better nights sleep.

The service. The product and now the experience of having my bed for 5 months.
5 months into my new bed I’ve been able to totally discard my nighttime medication for reflux as I have been sleeping with the top of the bed slightly elevated.
I had back surgery in November and when I have bad nights I use the zero gravity aspect for a couple of hours to help with back pain.
I use the massage regularly. Letto has made a big difference to my nights. I love my bed. I have split mine and only use one but have the option of making it a King bed when I no longer have a grandchild visiting and using the other one. The plan is to alternate every 6 months so the mattress and electrics get even use. Great product and I’m very happy.

Letto Beds

We purchased the Letto Split King bed two years ago and absolutely love it! The package was very competitively priced, and the quality is on par with other, much more expensive brands.

Our daughter placed the order online, and to our surprise, the bed was delivered free of charge just two days later, excellent service!

My husband used to struggle with snoring, but the adjustable bed has made a noticeable difference. Thanks to the split system, I no longer get disturbed at night by his movements or tossing and turning. Highly recommended company.

A word of warning before buying from…

A word of warning before buying from this company. When researching, they seemed really good. Only had 5 star reviews on Google, all the reviews were very long and went into detail about how amazing the products were and how good the customer service was. That should have been a warning bell; Always be suspicious when every review is positiveI....

So I bought a bed for dad trusting that the "30 day comfort guarantee" was as it sounds. A guarantee on the comfort of a bed. We had issues with the design of the bed - when it sits up, the fold is too far down the bed, and as such his feet stick off the bed about 20cm. So basically the bed is big enough when flat, but he can't use it when up.

Turns out the "comfort guarantee" applies only to the cheap mattress, which is not much help as the mattress is only a tiny percentage of the cost, and we'd be stuck with a useless bed frame and no mattress.

I made a phone call to Letto where I was basically told there was nothing they could do, as the big "30 day comfort guarantee" logo actually doesn't mean what it suggests, and instead it says in the terms and conditions that this applies only to the mattress. So I then leftt a review on Google outlining this issue.

Letto has then proceeded to:
- email me threatening legal action unless I remove the review -falsely accused me of repeatedly calling and verbally abusing their staff to the point that "several staff are genuinely distressed"; I have not. I've made a single phone call which was amiable.
- offer a partial discount, only if I delete my review (which clearly violates google's policy around financial incentive of reviewers)
- falsely accuse me of threatening to make repeated false reviews under take names. I have not. I did respond to their reply using my own name, after the original review was left from my dad's account. But this was transparent, we both share the same surname and I clearly referred to the previous review.

As far as I can see on the Google review, apart from my own, there is not a single non 5 star review. It is now very obvious to me the reason why. I would encourage people to read the reviews and consider if they seem genuine or all sound like they are written by the owner.

End result, it's now going to cost me money in small claims court to get my money back and I'll need to pursue for deformation.
