This was one of the hardest experiences of my life. A fake renewable platform took advantage of my trust. When I contacted C͟y͟p͟h͟e͟r͟G͟u͟a͟r͟d͟I͟n͟t͟e͟l͟, they treated my case seriously and acted quickly. Seeing my money returned felt unreal. I highly recommend them.

level x in Middlesbrough

Been to level x in Middlesbrough 3 or 4 times over the last year and has been great although this time absolutely terrible took my son who’s visiting us for the week and booked level x for the night as we have done previously this time staff were quite irritated no real customer service or interest in dealing with us, went in had a game of bowling 15 mins went upstairs to go karts was told we were lucky to even get a slot for them which can’t be booked online anyway we had 1 race 3/4 red stop lights for maybe 2 mins a time none of the usual things with icons on the floor to collect and use just an occasional boost or bomb irritating drivers on track just kept blocking you at every corner unable to enjoy like previous times some girl ripped off her false nail while driving in a previous race and we was then given a massively aggressive driving tutorial and lecture leaving most people feeling what the hell just happened there personally didn’t like being spoken to in that way by a staff member very unprofessional , go karts were a waste of time, although the normal guy on go kart front desk was nice as usual 👌🏻 went to play golf none of the scanners working to log your name or any of your scores and any of the onscreen nice touches of being totally digital so golf a total waste of time, went downstairs to use vr no staff present to even attend it just decided to come home all in all a total waste of time and money this evening £52 for 15 mins of bowling a wasted session of go karts a wasted session of golf and no vr all in all pointless and expensive for what we actually got to enjoy won’t be going again anytime soon unless the place and staff are improved 👎🏻

Took my money, didn't let me attend.

Booked online. Took my money and didn't send an email. Sent an email asking where it was, heard nothing. Phoned the line, just got hung up on by an automated service no matter what time I rang. Tried to book again so I could take it up in the venue, did the same thing.

Glasgow limitless not worth the money…

Glasgow limitless not worth the money or hassle to book on site. Hardly anything available to play and staff have no clue. Do not waste your time. Had to fight to get anything for the 4 pre booked to do for the evening.

Brilliant way to celebrate a 12th birthday!

We brought 8 11/12 year olds, to celebrate our daughter's 12th birthday. They all had a great time, with very little waiting around. The staff were great with our neurodiverse daughter, when she had a little panic about the Go-Karting. The took extra time to explain everything to her separately, made sure she was comfortable with what was happening and how to work the kart, to ensure she enjoyed the experience, as much as she could. All in all, a great day out and 8 very happy girls!

Booked crazy golf and VR pods for myself and my 9 year old son. Crazy golf was ok however it’s all computerised and wouldn’t pick up my score properly leading to 9 hole in ones much to my sons disappointment and hole 8 didn’t work at all. Moved onto the VR ‘pod’ - misleading when this is actually just a square on the floor and certainly not a pod. Spent 10 minutes of the allocated 30, which cost £20!, trying to figure out how to work the games, in the ended I asked for a refund which was given. Amusement were good however quite expensive compared the likes of Xcite etc. Overall my son had a good time although did say the amusements were the best bit! Wouldn’t recommend to friends and family and won’t return.

Dreadful experience at Middlesbrough - spoilt our 10 year olds birthday. And they couldn’t care less. Just care about the money they’re raking in.

What an absolute joke. Got there to be told our 10 year old couldn’t go on the go karts. No proper way of measuring other than to stand against a plastic box with the staff member using his hand to see if he was against the drawn on line. If he was under it was mm. Weren’t allowed a refund and they couldn’t let us go on anything else. No apology. They didn’t care despite it being my son’s 10th birthday. Then went along to the VR to be told they were running 45 mins behind as they had too many people booked on in the same slot. No apology. No compensation. One of the experiences wasn’t working. We had paid for all three on the website. No choice of what game to go on. No one seemed to have a clue what was going on. This has destroyed my son’s 10th birthday with friends. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Poorly organised. Young inexperienced staff who don’t seem to know what they are doing. Honestly - the worst place I’ve been with the kids. Arcade games extortionate. People walking around drinking and leaving bottles on the floor. Nothing at all to like I’m afraid.

The kids loved level x however my little sister wasn’t allowed on go carts due to high restrictions , this was my first time coming and I told them this on the phone and asked about the deals they do not once did they think to mention that there is high restrictions for go carts so I’ve lost out on money, on top of that half the the tickets u win on the arcades don’t even register on your band so you lose so much money , the crazy golf course 2 of the courses did not work as part where u place the ball was broken so we couldn’t complete the full game of golf , the bowling was good but the tables are so close together you can’t hardly move , and it’s extremely over priced , fun but rather disappointing that they don’t tell you full details especially when it’s your first time so was unable to go on go carts and extremely over priced on drinks and the token machines

I am writing to discuss the fault on the amusements. My son had used various machines supposedly to claim the virtual tickets, this failed drastically and had zero. He was disappointed and this is the companies negligence.
