Have to say the the experience with all the staff at levingtons was first rate ,having not been in the position of loosing a very dear aunt they walked and talked me through every step of the way

Absolutely disgusting Company. Called to explain my partner passed away and his family went ahead with a funeral without me and x2 Children. The funeral palour refused to give any details to our children. I'm currently in discussion with solicitors as Levertons have broken laws. Levertons are under the impression we have no rights. My solicitor has stated otherwise. So had the funeral associated board. This evil act has left a family in trauma that can never be changed. It's against the human rights of our children. I'm now taking this to court acting on behalf of our children.

Drew and his team could not have done more in supporting me organising my late twin brother's funeral. This was the first funeral I have had to organise and they supported and helped me every step of the way. They were professional, but understanding and empathetic. The funeral itself was just what I wanted. The fact that I am not local to where my late twin brother lived (so all communication was over the 'phone or by email) was no obstacle to them. Thank you.

Drew Rush at Levertons in Finchley road helped to coordinate and execute the funeral for my mother and overcame problems with roadworks to the church, eco friendly plaques on the ashes casket and generally made the whole experience bearable at a time of great stress and grief. This is the level of service that you would hope for at such at time and I would highly recommend them for their experience and professionalism, dealing with all the groups and involved and their local knowledge. If you are looking for a funeral director who knows what they are doing, and can do it well, then look no further.

My experience make great is, the funeral director (Kathryn) dedicated personal adviser who has deep knowledge about organizing a funeral service in London community and who will be there by my side to guide & support me.

I spoke to someone called Julie Avery who was unsympathetic and unhelpful on the phone. I explained that my Dad's funeral needs to be held as soon as possible partly because my mum has stage 4 cancer. I asked her to let me know which cemeteries nearby my parents that could do a funeral soon and what dates they can be available. I also asked her to make enquiries with a church near my parents home for a funeral service. Julie was unwilling to call up the cemeteries or the church to make enquiries and said it would be too time consuming for her. She seemed only interested in telling me the costs of the burial sites. I had already told her that the priority is in getting a burial done as soon as possible and that the pricing was not so important. I said to her if she is unwilling to provide the information required to enable my mum to make a decision then I would have to call another funeral director. Julie said OK and put the phone down on me. It is shocking to get such an awful response from a funeral Director. Nobody should have to endure such terrible service.

Leverton & Sons came highly recommended through other family members & completely deserve their reputation.
They gave us excellent service & I can't thank them enough for the care, dignity & respect they gave my Late Mother. Also there is not enough to be said about the sensitivity & kindness they showed the entire family at this awful time. Craig & Carmel are an asset to their profession & wonderful human beings.Thank you Leverton & Sons!

I organised my grandads funeral with Barry at levertons Kentish Town road, I couldn’t have had a better experience, the send off was perfect we arranged to have 4 black horses and carriage and it looked incredible, the drivers for all the funeral cars were also very professional. Barry was very pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend levertons Kentish Town.

The passing of loved ones or close friends is always an upsetting and difficult time. In this particular occasion I found the requested simple and efficient service, by Levertons, was supplied in a manner and understanding that could not have been better. I thank them personally, and with a top rating for their service and care.

I cannot recommend Leverton & Sons highly enough. Especially Drew Rush. We lost our mother during the height of Covid and Drew made the whole process easier. He took care of all the little details as well as the bigs ones. The team turned up on the day (which was pouring with rain) and were kind, professional, courteous and compassionate.
After the cremation, I tried to call Hendon crematorium several times, and they never once picked up or responded to any messages - Drew got in contact and collected my mothers ashes and delivered them to my door.

Not living in London I had no idea who to choose. The website is the best I found. Full of useful information and easy to navigate. Having chosen I cannot recommend this firm too highly. From the moment I telephoned to make an appointment, to the day of of my brother's cremation, the organsiation was excellent. I had a single point of contact, namely Craig, throughout the making of the arrangements. He was there on the appointed day.
His suggestions were not pushy, just good advice. The Order of Service, its printing, and the music were easily arranged with his help. What is more he introduced me to a website called MuchLoved. This enabled people to leave messages, post photos, make charitable donations, and be informed of events.
The firm made a diffcult time less onerous.
