ordered a winter coat for $50, but what I received was far from a coat. It’s more like a flimsy house robe that doesn’t hold its shape at all. To make matters worse, I couldn’t get a full refund. After two weeks of back-and-forth communication, I was only offered partial refunds of 20%, 30%, or 50%. Eventually, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I definitely won’t be purchasing from them

The merchandise sold by this vendor is nothing like the advertising. The quality is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I’m trying to return what I purchased but they do not respond to emails.
I will try reporting to BBB to see what happens. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a man’s coat, size large.
The coat arrived very late and when it eventually arrive, I was absolutely stunned by the bad quality and awful sizing. To be fair to the company they were very responsive to my emails throughout the ordeal and did tell me that I could return the coat once I received it. Once I recieved the coat they offered me a 30% refund and told me to keep the coat but I declined, they then offered a 50% refund but I told them the coat was not fit for purpose so I’d like to return it and get a full refund. When I went to the post office to return the coat I was told that the to return the coat to China it would cost me a minimum of £32 and advised me that I would be better selling it online. I reluctantly declined to return it and had no other option but to accept the 50% refund. I received half of the money back but now, I am still stuck with an awful, awful, awful coat that I cannot sell or give away due to its extremely bad quality and sizing and now also remain £32 out of pocket.
Do not buy from this company you will end up with bad quality items or you will be out of pocket because you cannot return without huge shipping costs.

Horrendous quality. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Lex & Baron. They then offer the rip off of paying for a return to China, once received they apparently review...yeah right...or offer 30% of your hard earned money as refund. My bank reviewed and refunded. Several people seem to have done the same. If read this and still purchase then don't say you haven't been warned.

I was reading reviews and some said it took over a month to come so I was a little suspicious on it but it can on day 8 of 5-9 working days quality is a little bit more poor then on the photo but just a coat for you to not get cold it’s quite good btw it’s a black puffer £58 I think it was, it was squashed in a bag, but it’s slowly puffing out 

I ordered a white jacket onthe 6th December which took over a month to arrive from China. It arrived squashed inside a tiny bag and although I ordered my usual size the jacket was far too small. I thought of returning it but it was impossible to put back into the original packaging. Considering I would have to pay to return the item and all the hassle involved I have no choice but to keep the jacket and lose the £47 I paid for it.As I can't wear it I shall have to donate it to charity. Don't buy from this company as it is not as advertised because it is based in China. not the UK

I ordered a coat around 59.95 on 9 of December and supposed to receive the item in 5-9 days .
I received the email in 22 of December that my order was received and when I started to track my order the item was shipped from China.
So finally I received the item on 2 of January and quality is very bad.
I asked a refund but the company is offering a 30% and I can keep the coat
I refused this offer and I opened dispute with the bank.
I am waiting for the response.

I ordered a coat that cost almost £60. The website for this company claims they're based in the UK and I quickly realised this wasn't the case when the tracking details for shipment were sent through to me. This company is based in China and the quality of their clothing is pathetic.

I received the coat and immediately emailed the company and asked for a refund because it looked nothing like what was advertised. It was complete tat. I was offered a 30% refund because the cost of posting the coat back would be out of my own pocket. When I refused this I was then offered a 'final resolution' of a 50% refund and to keep the coat. I also refused this and told the company I wanted a return shipping address and I would calculate the cost of shipping vs the 50% refund. Shipping was going to cost me at least £20.

I opened a dispute with my bank and provided them with as much evidence as possible for a chargeback. This is the way to deal with this company, I got the full amount paid back to me and the coat went into the bin.

This company is a scam don’t order and don’t waste your money!!!!!!! Be careful

I cancelled my order within minutes of placing it. Despite this, the company refused to cancel and shipped the item anyway.

After delivery, I requested a return. Lex & Baron repeatedly insisted I must pay international return shipping to China, while simultaneously offering partial refunds (first 30%, then 50%) if I kept the item.

This directly contradicts their own published refund policy, which states “easy returns,” that return costs are reimbursed, and that a return label will be provided. No limitation to defective items is disclosed in the public policy.

Throughout extensive correspondence, the company attempted to reinterpret its policy after the fact, citing “internal processes” and “operational limitations” that were never disclosed at checkout. They refused to provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return postage, despite multiple formal requests.

This appears to be a deliberate strategy to discourage returns by making them prohibitively expensive and to pressure customers into accepting partial refunds instead of exercising their statutory rights.

I am now pursuing resolution through my bank and consumer protection channels. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to read the reviews carefully and be aware that returns may be far more difficult and costly than the website suggests.

Scam company. I ordered a coat that was originally £115 and reduced to £60. I thought this was a bargain because the coat looked lovely online. What I received was nothing that looked like the picture. I was told this may be due to lighting. I would not have bought it for £5 if I'd seen it in a shop the quality of the coat, that came rolled up stuffed in a bag.

I was offered a 30 per cent refund so that I didn't have to pay the return cost. Then upped to 50 per cent when I refused. I was sent a returns sheet that looked like it had just been drafted in a word document due to no shipping barcode and spelling errors, so clearly I would not be getting a refund.

I'll take it as a loss and a lesson to read reviews from now on, even if the website and pictures do look lovely and professional.

Ordered a coat as a xmas present large wouldn't fit a midget .went to return but will cost 30 quid to return at my cost so opted for a 30percent refund .disappointed son at xmas .this company is a scam .no were on website does it say it comes from China. My mum bought me a Teddy coat for £50! Only to receive a piece of material in a plastic bag. No formal labels inside, nothing but a complete scam! My dogs coat is thicker and is better quality. Company is using a complete different photo of what they are sending. Emailed company but as I guessed, a template reply to say the cost of our return is our responsibility or we can keep the rag coat for 30%!! I have logged a payment dispute with my bank and reported the company as a scam!! Wish we had read the reviews before wasting our money!!

I wish I had seen this before buying from this company. It’s a fraud and despite getting my partners actually size it was way too small and cheap. There’s nothing luxury about this company, took years to arrive and the has the audacity to charge me if I want to return the useless jacket saying they don’t do refunds for postage and that they can only return 50% of my money actually a bunch of scammers

For anyone thinking of buying from this company, PLEASE do not. First of all I ordered my item for a very important and emotional day. They advertise shipping as 5-9 business days, it came 16-17 days after ordering and was no use to me. When i eventually got to try the item on it was far too small despite me buying the correct size for me, the material was poor quality and the item cheaply made. I have emailed the company over and over again and the conclusion to this is that that have blackmailed me in to accepting a 50% refund, otherwise I would have to return a useless item to their international warehouse at my own cost. They have no respect for their customers, aren’t interested in issues raised and are dreadful to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Item was completely different when it arrived. Poor quality too I’ve accepted I have to write this off as a learning curve. Company does not respond and are clearly fraudulent. Don’t order from here

This company lies about everything. It gives you the impression that it is based in the uk, delivered by royal mail and the pricing is not cheap so i was fooled. It is from china. Took ages to arrive. Products look nothing like the pictures. Temu vibes with the quality, coat doesnt even have a brand label on the inside. Do not buy from here.

Do not use this company. They deliberately deceive the consumer by advertising free 30 returns on the page when you purchase the item, but when you ask for a return it is denied. All items are 'in the sale' by taking off a £1 or so and then they deny your refund referencing one tiny line in the T&Cs saying you cannot return sale items. The quality of material is cheap and see-through and doesn't match the picture so you will almost certainly want to return it and then they've tricked you out of your money.

I recently bought a pair of advertised suede loafers and to my surprise the shoes came in a plastic bag and the quality was beyond shocking. How can a company advertised as london based deliver goods from China in a product that would not worth even a penny. To future buyers, dont even spend your time looking into their website, the company is scam
