Our dream home would not be possible without Hayley decru. Hayley is highly professional and friendly. She always kept us updated on the status of our application. Even after office hours she always responds to our calls and messages. We are very grateful to have Hayley as our financial broker. Thanks heaps Hayley for being a wonderful friend. You are amazing.

We are often let down by the stories of sub-standard customer service but we get on with our business with a ‘well that’s the way it is now’ sadly.
So with trepidation, we, like many, ventured into the unknow world of a house purchase, brokers, home loans and things that we didn’t even know that we had to know! Pretty scary stuff.
The anxiety was intensifying. Then to our surprise, my partner and I contacted Liberty and encountered Hayley Decru.
On first contact with Hayley it was almost an immediate ‘exhale’. She had the unique ability to put us at ease. Her capacity for patient, proficient explanations of things that I am pretty sure that she had already explained on numerous occasions was limitless. Hayley competently walked us through the process, baby step by baby step. She was always accessible and responded to multiple questions knowledgably and in language we could actually recognise.

After several failed attempts at trying to obtain a home loan Hayley’s advice and guidance through the process was brilliant, enabling me to successfully achieve my goal.

Hayley was such a wonderful personality to work with, keeping things light and fun no matter what hiccups we met along the way with the banks. Noting that we were working with Hayley interstate (QLD to ACT), if there was something that was not already learnt/known from her experience, Hayley would still make it happen no matter what. True Aussie at heart with a "can do attitude". Would highly recommend her services if you want to meet all the settlement deadlines without excessive costs and be successful in the property market.
