You had better not hope you have any…

You had better not hope you have any problems with your vehicle. Ours had a full engine seizure after months of already being back in with the manufacturer for various issues. We have been without the work vehicle for a third of the time we have 'owned' it. They simply do not care and threaten recovery if you so even hint at the fact they are still the legal owners of the vehicle and you don't think you should be paying for inferior courtesy vehicles. They point you to the manufacturer. The manufacturer points you to them. The circle jerk never ends. Avoid at all costs! The complaints and compliance teams in particular, are deeply unpleasant to deal with, and will ignore all of the strain their not fit for purpose vehicles will put you under if and when they become unroadworthy. Go to someone else with an ounce of empathy and a proactive approach for your own sake.
