Great customer service
I had to contact the Liberty customer support as I realised, after this quarters beauty boxes had been dispatched, that mine was being sent to my old address. As I had changed my address on my Liberty account id not appreciated there was another page where I need to change address for the beauty club. As I now live 500 miles from my previous home there was no way I was able to go and collect it! Anyhow, on writing to the Liberty customer support, they were charming, speedy amd helpful- my details are all now up to date anx rfanisex another beauty boxes to be sent to my new address. Honestly couldn’t have asked for it expected a better customer experience.

So disappointed
Disappointed with my order. I ordered the two new jellycat bunnies on Liberty’s website. When they arrived the bunnies were shoved into a tiny box. The box was comically small for the size of the two medium bunnies. The photo example on the liberty website shows the standard packaging example with multiple layers of packaging - tissue paper, bubble wrap and normal paper. My order arrived with one 20cm piece of tissue paper on the top and that was it. For the price I paid, I expect better from a well known and respected company like Liberty.

One of my favourite stores in London
One of my favourite stores in London, and the world. It is stunning to just wonder in, the neo-Tudor architecture, the beautiful fireplaces, homewares, textiles. Liberty has brands and offerings and presentation that is like none other. They also have some exclusive deals with certain brands, their parfumerie department may not be the size of other department stores, but it has so many unique brands and some exclusive collabs. Even Harrods, which, since its renovations and concessions divisions, feels so disjointed to me, not to mention full of tourists, Liberty is a hub of calm and beauty whilst still offering the luxury experience. I particularly like their Loewe concession, and modern English designers upstairs. And do not miss their classic Liberty print silk pijamas etc. Plus staff here are always so so wonderful, have been coming here for years, and it has always been like this. They also have beautiful florist downstairs if you are buying a gift and going straight to a celebration, you can do so buy getting customer bouquet to go. At Christmas the florist is just amazing, as is Liberty Christmas Shop on the top floor. They also have luxury vintage section now, an interior design section, a cafe, and i may be wrong but used to have at least a spa. Do not miss this beautiful London landmark on your trip to London, even if you are not buying much.
