It was easy to get started, and was very smooth and consistent all the way

Really happy with my results on Spotify after working with Liberty PR. Calum and Jessa took care of the process for me and were transparent and helpful with any queries I had. Went from around 2k monthly listeners to around 9k in a few weeks which is important for a new project.

Overall our experience with Liberty was good! They were able to secure 8 pieces of coverage for us, most notably Notion, which was very exciting. James and Joe were very helpful throughout the entire process and we can't thank them enough for the time and effort they poured into this campaign.

Incredibly thoughtful and curated service. I was lucky enough to work with Everett and Joe on a campaign - they both embraced the project and respected my non-traditional strategy. I’m looking forward to more campaigns with them in the future. It’s rare to find people that appreciate where you’re coming from and what you’re trying to do, no questions asked.

I worked with Liberty PR on a press and radio campaign for my album's lead single. The radio campaign was great, the team exceeded their original goals and got over 180 spins in territories across Europe. Weekly WARM reports kept me up to date on performance and helped inform my paid social strategy.

On the press side, this was additional to a larger campaign I was running with another agency for the full album release so it was interesting to compare the outlets and the overlap.

The team was communicative and followed up after the campaign to touch base about future projects, would recommend them if you're looking for press, playlisting or radio.

My only hot take is that Music Crowns is definitely a bot-farmed account with 100K on IG and almost 4M on FB with near zero engagement across both and should not be included as a go-to outlet. Not a slight against Liberty though.

To clarify, Liberty pitched this campaign on the basis that they “target appropriate genre and mood-specific playlists to ensure your track receives attention from the right audiences.” It isn’t the client’s job to tell them what playlists to target, that expertise is what we paid for.

We provided clear direction on genre, completed a detailed onboarding form, and there are countless examples of suitable playlists they could have referenced directly from our profile. Despite that, the playlists delivered were irrelevant, low-quality, and in many cases appeared automated or inauthentic.

We gave Liberty a clear opportunity to realign the campaign, but nothing improved. Based on our experience, and similar complaints visible online, I’d strongly advise artists to think twice before working with this company.

We paid Liberty Music PR for playlist promotion, but the service was completely misaligned with our genre and audience. The playlists were all EDM-focused, totally irrelevant to our sound (underground house), and produced negligible engagement. Despite their proposal promising genre-specific targeting, genuine curators, and the potential for editorial pitches, none of that was delivered.

Many of the playlists also appeared inauthentic or automated, with low engagement and generic titles. When we raised concerns, we were offered “EDM press coverage” as compensation, which only underlined how off-target the campaign was. Communication was unhelpful, and no refund was provided.

Based on our experience, the service did not deliver what was advertised, offered no real value, and was likely counter productive.

I had such an amazing experience with this company! I did a playlist pitching, press, and radio campaign for my EP. They were super effective in getting several press articles written about my EP, many radio plays, and many playlist placements. They go above and beyond the numbers they promise to hit. Tom was my campaign manager, and he was so amazing to work with. He was always more than happy to hop on a call with me to answer any questions, and always responded to my emails as soon as he could. He was truly the best, and he even helped me with by giving me some contacts of booking agents/other connections. James worked on my playlist pitching, and he was super communicative and got me some great placements! He also always updated me on my Spotify popularity score which was super helpful! Sam was in charge of my press, and he also did such a great job at getting several press articles written about me. He was also very communicative throughout the campaign. Max was in charge of radio and got me so many plays!! He always kept me in the loop as well! The Friday updates were amazing, and everyone always stuck to them!! This was truly such a great group of people to work with who genuinely care, and I would recommend it to anyone!!

Great team with involved A&Rs. I'm working with Yalel Termulo for my EP release of my project CARRIE ABYSS and he really cares about the art and the vision behind the project. He's an open-minded and ambitious A&R, would definitely work with him again.

I have worked with this company several times over the last 2 years. Always had a great experience. This time around my A&R is Sadi Srivastava and he is so nice and attentive and VERY knowledgable about the music business. I really trust him with my PR campaign's and so far we have accomplished so much together. I am an independent musician. Liberty Music provided me with a well-informed strategy for a durable way to increase my listeners on Spotify. They executed the plan for me, over several months, and it was effective. During the setup and during the campaign, service was great, beginning with a few video calls and emails. Several people were involved and it was well-coordinated. They gave me confidence that they could handle everything for me with minimal effort on my end, and at the same time they were very inviting and communicative to my involvement and input on content, timing, and other details.
Of course, the service costs some money. They were flexible and did a good job making the best fit for my budget. The thing to keep in mind is that the spend is part of your long-term plan to grow your listeners and fans. Spotify is exploitative to artists and Liberty cannot change that of course, so no one can reasonably expect some miracle where you will be making a profit from this engagement, or any, via Spotify. But as part of a larger strategy that includes gaining listeners and putting the pieces in place to "train" the algorithm to set you up for success, Liberty knows exactly what they are doing and will provide a great experience.

Ran multiple campaigns with this team. They were always on their a game whenever I needed them. They were there in a heartbeat. The team executed exactly what they said they would provide, and I am super satisfied with how it came out.
