Was pleased to order some Acqua di Parma on this website that I wanted. Order went through OK then got a cancellation mail to say money refunded with no explanation. I got my money back promptly so it can't be 1* :-). However no idea of what was going on since the product was still displayed.

Best shield for elastic nipples
Purchased a medela pump but the shield was too big for me. After ordering smaller and 3 different sizes of flange inserts I couldn't still pump comfortably and enough. In an Instagram account I found out that I have elastic nipples and they recommended this shield. Since then I don't feel my nipples sore after pumping and I can pump much more quantity now. Definitely I recommend!

Hello Susan, you ordered the LacTeck BabyMotion flanges, which are clearly advertised for Medela and other small bottle-mouth pumps. Nothing in your order indicated what pump you were using. The listing clearly states that if you use a Spectra pump then you would need the adapter. When you contacted us to say that it didn't fit I directed you to the adapter on our website as well as on Amazon, which is cheaper if you have Prime. We then didn't hear anything from you after that? Not sure giving us a 1 star review for sending you an item that you bought is fair or warranted? Not sure what we could have done differently.

SENT USED PUMP & covered in small black hairs. REFUSED REFUND, Manager IS RUDE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Received 2nd hand pump with clear milk marks where it has been used and lots of short black hairs, gross! Refused to send a returns label for faulty pump and refused refund.
Had to call my Financial Institution to open a chargeback claim to get my refund!
Bank will refund

Hello, I have been trying to find your order to see what happened here, and the only order that matches your details and method of writing is for an order placed over a year ago in June 2021? Looking at all communications, nothing was ever said by you about the pump being 2nd hand, nor about there being any hairs on the pump. In fact we've never had anyone say that, so I'm a bit confused by your review. I believe the pump in this order was found to have a slight defect by BabyBuddha themselves, and they sent you a replacement pump. We at Libra Baby have never had a chargeback either, so I'm not sure what's going on with this review.

Hello Michelle, your order was shipped on time using the shipping service that you requested. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our hands we have no control over it, so giving us 3 stars because Royal Mail didn't deliver it on time isn't exactly fair. If we'd dispatched late, then fair enough, but it was dispatched on time. Also, Royal Mail had a strike on the week of your order - once again, not something that we as a small family run business have any control over.

Agreed - the Customs side of things has been challenging (diplomatic word!) since the Brexit Debacle but we continue to work with different shipment carries over here in an effort to keep our International Shipping prices in check.
