I recently ordered from them but after around a week, having not received any shipping notification, I tried to contact them to ask what was going on. My emails bounced and I couldn't find any way to get in contact. Growing suspicious, I came here and found a number of recent 1* reviews. Assuming they must have gone out of business, I started a claim with PayPal to recover my payment... but then today, out of the blue, my order arrived with FedEx!
So, I don't know if they are struggling or running on a skeleton staff due to the pandemic (I never did manage to speak to anyone nor did I ever receive a shipping notification) but I can confirm that they are still operating to some degree, even if not to their usual standards of service.

Is this company even operating?. Order placed in early December, money taken, order acknowledged and like previous other reviews ( which I too wish I had seen before ), I've heard nothing since. Money taken and phone not answered, emails bounce , so have to assume they are no longer operating but seem to still be taking orders? No idea. Will be taking further via Companies House

Wish I'd seen the previous review before ordering - same problem - no communication. I had to claim a refund via paypal due to their lack of response. Christmas present spoiled. Very poor / unprofessional company - AVOID!!

This company rarely answers the phone, does not answer emails or contacts sent from their website. Their goods are shoddy. The phone numbers on the website are not answered, one does not even ring. The email address for 'tell the boss' does not work. Do not buy from them.

Outstanding customer service: I was rather confused with sizing of my book protection jackets and not only did they kindly help myself correctly measure my books, they helped at every stage of the way to place the order. No matter how stupid or simple my question may seem they are always there happy to help.

Delivery of the goods was also great. All orders placed before 11am and stock dependent qualify for next day delivery. Now, I didn't hold much hope here as it did seem like it was too good to be true. But, long and behold 24 hours later I had my goods in the palm of my hands.
