Kevin Carolan was an incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable representative who we met on our first phone call. He answered all our questions with patience, kindness, and an understanding professionalism unparalleled. His supervisor, Bonnie, was equally tremendously helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We truly felt like we were putting ourselves in the best of hands. We have many neighbors in similar health situations and will gladly recommend Life Alert after our initial experience.
