I bought some courses from them, but they cancelled my account without informing me. I wrote them several emails, but I never got an answer and now I don't have access to my courses anymore

VERY GOOD PLATFORM
The Life Learning's courses are often very professional and i have followed and buyed more. They are also excellent in customer care, because I had a very good experience. Some days ago i have discovered that one of my courses was disappeared. So, i contact them and they answer in about ( or less) 24 hrs and explain me that the course that i have buyed was removed because not conforming to Life learning Quality Standard. For apologize they offer me a GIFT CARD of 150 EUR (the cost of course that i lost was just only 24). They also very kind in support me in apply gift card and in activation of the 8 courses that i buy with the GIFT CARD. Finally : with Life Learning, till now, i have a very good experience. The name of the excellent person that give care to me about this situation is ANGELA

Le ricordiamo che il servizio di Customer Care è disponibile dal Lunedì al Venerdì dalle 09:00 alle 18:00 ed i ticket vengono evasi in ordine cronologico, se arrivano richieste in orari di chiusura (e nel weekend) questi vengono lavorati in maniera prioritaria il Lunedì mattina.
Al momento di questa problematica (Maggio 2020) siamo in piena emergenza Covid-19 e tutta la rete infrastrutturale in Italia di internet non è strutturata per reggere l'attuale traffico di internet, non si tratta ne del suo computer ne di Life Learning (che ad ogni modo abbiamo provveduto a potenziare a livello di sistema già da fine Febbraio 2020 per prevedere questa situazione) siamo a conoscenza dei rallentamenti ma l'obiettivo è quello di garantire il servizio.
Abbiamo per l'occasione dato l'accesso anticipato ai corsisti dei nostri master alla nuova piattaforma "Life Learning Institute" per calibrare il traffico. Può richiedere direttamente di accedere li.
