when i signed in the women at the desk…

when i signed in the women at the desk was so sweet. everyone that i was in touch with was just so nice. very easy too. i may have waited 3-5 min. so easy sending my husband too and sister.my appt was friday may 8th 2026at st. Katherines in clearwater

Positive walk-in experience

I was able to walk in without an appointment and did not have a long wait time at all.
All staff were friendly and thorough. The procedures were explained before and during the testing.

Location and Test Results

Once I found the place, the employees and tests were great! A town would be a better place than this remote area. Also, customers should have a choice of being mailed a printed copy of the results (without extra charge) versus an email copy. Many older people (like my sister & brothers)) do not have internet with printer capability.

The receptionist was very friendly, however

The receptionist was very friendly, however, the 2 people that actually performed the exams were genuinely disengaged, they seemed very bored. I felt like I was just another cheeseburger at McDonalds for them. I was also 'sold' on a better package which turned out to be routine tests my primary doc already did, so that was a waste of money. I won't be back.

It was quick and efficient

It was quick and efficient. Everyone was really nice. Only area to improve would be the scheduling of appointments which got a number of people stacked up and increased wait times.

30 minutes before being seen, rude staff

30 minutes wait after scheduled appointment time. I arrived early, so waiting time was even longer. I was chastised for not remaining in my uncomfortable seat. Some of staff primary language was not English. Difficult to understand and I was treated rudely when questioning them to understand their directions. Having to also incur more wait times between the different testing stations was just icing on the cake. Hopefully the actual testing and results will be worth it.

Great as always for the past 27 years!

Great as always for the past 27 years!! I have been to this same location tears ago!! All locations are very nice!! Staff and places are clean,friendly & quick!! Not like going to a hospitol or clinic where it takes forever & not always clean or friendly!!
