Very bad... They sent damaged item and no customer support

Beware of life meds pharmacy i had ordered on 11/2/26 paid extra for next day delivery.
No response nothing recieved.I gave them till Wednesday 18th if I do not recieve my order I will take action for fraud and would not stop these reviews.
They take the name of God on there account to lure people which is lowest of the low.

They font know what customer service is. They only wanna sell you what they get commission on. They care about money. They seduce you with vouchers that you can even barely use. Online orders is the worst, as it takes too much time , more than what it says.you follow for your order, as if you work there! A loop!

Really disappointed with Life Pharmacy in Abu Dhabi.

I bought an item at Yas Mall and needed to exchange it the next day (unopened, with receipt, within their 7-day policy). Since I was leaving the country, I went to the closer Al Zeina branch.

They refused to help because the item “wasn’t in their system,” even though the receipt doesn’t say returns must be done at the original store. Customer service couldn’t resolve it either.

Very frustrating experience. For such a large company, I expected more flexibility and better service.

Very bad exprirence. I order online medicine. Some vitamins and they knows already. What happen. They want to me to drink continuesly the medicine which is. Omg...

Absolutely non existent customer service. My diet pen jammed and I’m still waiting, 2 weeks later for a replacement despite them agreeing the goods are faulty.

They are selling near to expiry products online and if you call them they are not taking the order back , dont trust them , you will get expiry products

Bad service late delivery and no one picking call and chat help line number

Worst delivery system I’ve seen in UAE. The app doesn’t update, they are extremely slow, the chat is useless, don’t answer phone calls. I purchased an item that they don’t even have available in any of its pharmacies and now I have no update on the cancellation.

Avoid, I recommend. I received the wrong medication. Since Life Pharmacy have not replied to 2 emails and one direct message through the website. Don't see me getting my money or my medication now. ... update since I emailed them yesterday. Emails to the address on their site have been returned as "undeliverable". No surprise really

Order for Visonace placed on 14th October. No sign of the order a week later so contacted them through their website and didn't receive even an acknowledgement. I emailed the following day with the same result. Today I have phoned twice and on both occasions the call went unanswered.

This is absolutely unacceptable customer service so I have initiated a charge back request on my credit card and will not be placing any further business with this company

I was in Dubai and had to buy protein so i went to life pharmacy store which was just next to my hotel they had different prices to what they offer online as online was much cheaper so i ordered two boxes of Dymatize iso 100 one chocolate one vanilla but unfortunately when i opened vanilla when i was back in my country it was really bad it had moisture which clearly ruined the powder very bad experience i heard loot about life pharmacy now i know why as the protein was total waste for me its awful in taste bitter moist 🤮

Today, when I visited Life Pharmacy, the staff informed me that the gift voucher scanner was not working. I then went to another life pharmacy and the exact same issue happened there as well. This was very disappointing and inconvenient, especially since I expected to use my voucher without any problems. Such technical issues need to be resolved quickly, otherwise the voucher feels useless.”

I am a very big fan of life pharmacy. I am mostly assisted by Ms Kavya , and she is a very caring and approachable. Thank you for such wonderful pharmacy with their best employees providing community with best of care and happiness.

Today, I visited the Life Pharmacy Branch # 55 to have my blood pressure check. I found them very professional adapting standard procedure for B.P monitor. Pharmacy staff member "Fatima" checked my blood pressure very carefully. I am very much satisfied from their service.

I have been a loyal costomer of your pharmacy this time for some personal reasons i couldn't come to your outlet for the medications so i ordered it online i have payed you guys 29 AED for Telfast 180mg Tablets and there was a estimated time of arrival of 105 minutes it was somthing i need urgently i waited and waited for so much time like your company has completely forgoten my order. i ordered it yesterday till now i haven't gotten it yet my faith in your company has completely drained this company is fake and scaming you services I will never ever deal with your pharmacy anymore

Refused Replacement. Said that syringe cap & box mismatch.
We said it can be replaced with Syringe QR Code.
Our suggestion ignored.
Manager agreed to give spare syringe.
Manager asked us to transfer medicine from damaged syringe to spare one.
This is highly inappropriate & unsafe for a sensitive high-cost drug.
NO proper pharmaceutical guidance provided.
NO assurance of dosage accuracy, sterility, or effectiveness.
Deeply frustrating and concerning.
Shows 100% Negligence.
Lack of Pharmaceutical Responsibility
Unacceptable in a Healthcare field.
We paid a high cost for the medication.
We eligible for product replacement or complete refund.
We demand critical investigation into the incident.
If our case is unresolved, we are compelled to escalate to UAE Ministry of Healthcare & related Consumer Protection Authorities.

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a purchase made from Life Pharmacy (Discovery Gardens, Street 1) on 27 April 2025. We purchased Monjuro for AED 1,737.12. Upon opening the package, we found that the syringe was faulty/broken.

We returned the entire product to the same Life Pharmacy branch on 2 May 2025 (morning). The staff at the counter informed us that they would check with the Manager and revert. However, we did not receive any communication from Life Pharmacy thereafter.

We followed up again on 11 May 2025, only to be told that a complaint had been placed with the manufacturer, who has not yet collected the product. We were given no clarity on the timeline for resolution and were told to wait indefinitely.

Given the high cost of the medicine and the urgent need for it, this level of negligence and lack of responsibility from Life Pharmacy is completely unacceptable. We request immediate assistance and resolution in the form of either a replacement or a full refund ASAP.
