Absolutely amazing bit of equipment!

Absolutely amazing bit of equipment!!
Just ordered the complete wing foil starter package and I’m so happy with it. Such amazing communication from the website and delivery was quick clear and easy. Me and my family really enjoy using this equipment and will definitely be buying more from here for the rest of our family.

2 seater Kayak

Just purchased a 2 seater Kayak after chatting to a friend who had got a paddle board from this company last summer. (which he is soo happy with)

Big shout out to the team who helped me choose the correct one for me and my son! we love it.

Friendly and easy to buy from

Arlo was friendly and informative throughout, the Riber 16 canoe was exactly as described and good value. The delivery was much cheaper than attempting to arrange myself.

Worst customer service I've ever had!

Worst customer service I've ever had!

Order a kayak that arrived faulty. Asked for a replacement or refund and was told by Arlo to try and fix the faulty kayak!

When I said I couldn't and I would like it replaced, I was repeatedly ignored and am now stuck with a very expensive and useless kayak.

This company is a scam site

This company is a scam site. Ordered a kayak never received anything and no response from the company to repeated emails and calls. Do not order from this company, you will loose your money

I ordered an inflatable kayak and a set…

I ordered an inflatable kayak and a set of trolley wheels. At the time of deciding to place the order I had a number of questions which were answered (via the WhatsApp messaging option) immediately and even out of normal office hours. However after my kayak was delivered (a day late) missing the trolley I have found it impossible to get ANY kind of response from this company. I have endlessly called (only to receive the same bland "all our operators are busy" message), I have emailed, WhatsApp'd and via their 'contact us' function on the website - all just trying to find out if I will receive the trolley I have paid for. To say I've hit a brick wall of silence would be an understatement! Great communication and customer service in the run up to spending your money with them now go to the complete other end of the spectrum after they've had your money. I now get the impression it was a real lottery I even received the main part of my order; the kayak. Which if I hadn't I guess by their complete lack of any communication I'd be be up (that brown messy creek) without the proverbial paddle!! So upon reflection probably best not to use this company.

Don’t use this company if you want to receive what you ordered

Ordered a paddle board package which included a leash, cooler and inflatable belt. They said next day delivery, ordered on Wednesday still hadn’t arrived by Saturday. Contacted the company who assured me it would be with me that day. I contacted parcel force who said it was set for delivery on Monday. As I was going away on the Sunday for 3 weeks and needed the paddle board I drove 45 mins to the depot and begged them to release it to me.
When I opened the box, there was no leash, cooler or inflatable belt. I contacted the company, but they didn’t reply.
My partner managed to speak with someone called Arlo a few weeks later and he assured him they would send the items straight away.
Still haven’t received them, so that’s over 6 weeks since we ordered and still haven’t received everything.
Oh and I’ve messaged on Facebook, instagram and phoned and no reply.
