I have apologised to the customer. An item was ordered that is no longer been made, but we have the rights to make it locally on demand; why? It only sells around once a year! It has since been included Free in the latest models that it was created for. I was late in responding to the customer due to personal matters, but I did make an offer to get them produced locally, at our cost.

It is never nice to receive critisism, but in over many years of trading and with thousands of customers, we have only had 3 public negative reviews. We are going to start asking customers to give reviews when they have had a positive service as this only looks one way. Apologies again to Richard.

order 5 years overdue

Do not use this company! I purchased a mindlab for my husband who has schizophrenia (he had previously owned one and found it helped) after several weeks of no delivery contacted the company to be reassured that it would be sent straight away along with a bonus cd. Nothing.. contact number led to answerphone to which i recieved no reply. emails ignored until final email response saying the server for this company no longer available? This occured april - June 2011!! Just before xmas husband mentioned that he sould still like a mindlab, my online search discovered Lifetools still trading and run by the same director Nigel Singer. Emailed requesting delivery of overdue order or immediate refund aswell as reporting Lifetools to their local trading standards.... immediate response from Mr Singer who claimed Lifetools had not been trading in 2011. Refered him to the clearly dated sales reciept and emails sent by himself from the very same email account he was now using. Mr Singer rang to reassure us that a mindlab would be dispatched immediately, asking if we could provide a review as he was re-launching Lifetools.com....seriously?! That was in December 2015. I have since had varying emails excusing the delay and now once again am recieving no reply. I find it disgusting that traders can act in such a dishonest manner, reporting it to trading standards resulted in no action... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Hello, we have been trading since 1994. It's rare we get a bad response. This was an item purchased between a change of ownership. The lady contacted the new company owner (and myself) and there was some issues in finding the order details. However, the order details and payment details were found at a later stage and the item was posted in full. In June 2011 I didn't own the company, even though my name was on the books as a customer point of contact. When I took the company over in full, restoration was made. I dislike errors such as this and made all efforts to ensure the customer got the item. Apologies were sent and I hope the customer, who has silent since receiving the order, is making full use of the product. With deep regards.

Don't order from these guys! Featuring reply from lifetools after 5 years!

I purchased some felt pads for an electrical device they sell on this site. After some weeks I had not received them. I sent an email and did get a reply saying that unfortunately they were not in stock but they were arriving soon.
More time passed and nothing arrived. Sent another email and received a reply saying the my device (I wasn't ordering a device) was passing through Customs and would be here soon. I assumed this was merely a mistake but that my pads would be in the order and would arrive soon.
Unfortunately nothing arrived and since then all 4 email addresses I have tried for the company have turned up nothing. No reply. Out of pocket and will have to go take legal action. I used Paypal so hopefully I have some recourse to action.
I have been completely duped by these conmen.

Response to Lifetools. - Nigel claims there was an old link on the website. That old link said the pads were in stock and available. I can't attach my emails and trustpilot doesn't allow links but here's the gist.

9th July 2014 - nigel@lifetools - 'the machines have arrived at customs and I am waiting on clearance. It will be a day or two at most.' signed Nigel. (I am not ordering a machine so this is odd but I think it's just confusion). Last response.

22nd July 2014 - me: 'Hi Nigel,
Can you let me know what's going on with the delivery?'
-No response

5th August 2014 - 'Hello Nigel, I sent an email but heard nothing back. My order was for the felt pads for an alphastim. You said they
were going to be sent to me from the central distribution center or some such, in the uk but nothing arrived. When I
contacted you again I think you misunderstood and you told me that the devices were arriving at customs and you'd
be in touch. I, with chronic fatigue addled brain, didn't put two and two together and assumed that the felt pads were
arriving through customs.
I've been waiting ages now and need the electrodes. Can you see what's going on for me or refund me please.'

10th August 2014 - I try admin@lifetools from the website- 'Hi, I have an ongoing order that hasn't been completed and I can't seem to get an response through the channel to
Nigel.
Here is the email chain below showing what I ordered. Please could you look into this for me.' - No response.

20th August 2014 I try the last email for lifetools sales@lifetoolslifestyles - 'Please find email chain below. I still haven't received item. I will be creating a strongly worded negative review for
your company on revoo or feefo if this isn't sorted out soon.'
-No response.

I gave up after this. Funnily, many years later Nigel shows up on my twitter feed and follows me. He doesn't know who I am and I have no interest in bringing this matter up.

This was a pad for some spares for a device we used to sell, but in 2012 and other company took it over as it was more healthcare and not personal development and no longer fitted the range. However, we had a couple of old links in the shopping cart that allowed for the spares to be ordered. The client used PayPal and I hope got a full refund, it wasn't a lot of money, but any order not received is a matter of concern. LifeTools has not heard back in over 5 years so they will have received their refund in full.
