They kept their word ...
For the past 2 years, I've had 24/7 pain in my lower back following disc surgery. I tried the ICEWAVE patches knowing they do not work on all people, and unfortunately I did not experience any relief after two full weeks of use. So I requested a refund and they promptly cooperated with no questions asked. I still believe in Lifewave having done a fair amount of research on their product line before making my purchase, and I will continue to recommend them as the opportunity arises.

I would have gotten as much results as if I had worn a typical bandaid. Lots of promise, very disappointed.

I was not satisfied with 2 different patches I ordered...when I called the company,they would not refund my money,with the "money back guarantee "they go from the day you order,not when you receive...i had 4 patches left of 30 and I found it completely deceiving

Excellent product that has helped me recover more quickly from high energy like activity i.e moving both of my daughters to new houses over the last 2 months. At 61, most events like moving someone would result in a lot of pain simply getting out of a chair or out of bed the next morning. However, having used the Lifewave patches during the move event, recovery was pretty instant and stamina during the move was so much more than normal. I have a bad knee and bad back and Lifewave significantly reduces pain in those joints.

8 months + of patching and it has totally transformed my life! My knee that I dislocated, tore the meniscus and had surgery on has healed and I have almost full ability back. I am more alert, the brain fog has lifted, I said goodbye to my chronic fatigue and all my aches and pains are going! I have my life back and my daughters finally have a healthy mum that they've never known.

The multi-level part of this company sadly ruins everything. Don't get involved unless you have nothing else to do but read through and learn their "comprehensive" payment plan. I am very busy with my own business, and easily signed up over 30 people out of the gate on the $300 distributor pack of X39. Over time, all but a couple dropped off of using them and I realized you also do not make commission when people re-order. I had clients tell me they were doing $700 re-orders and I made nothing. Any questions I asked on the "This is it team" Facebook group were taken down but not before several people commenting they had the same issues and privately reaching out to me. The customer service is impossible to reach, and my last disappointing issue with them was doing a 2 day FEDX order which took 7 days to get to me. I am still wearing mine and have my parents on them also, and had to pay another $50 to overnight my parents since we were splitting an order. Lifewave customer support said times can "vary" with how long it takes them to process the order, and they are fine with the fact that a customer can choose 2 day FEDX shipping and get it 7 days later. This is while my Dad is in the hospital and out of the patches. I do think they help with mood, energy and would still be promoting them if the system actually paid you. The people making money are multi-level SHARKS and taking advantage of the people pouring over their databases and contacts and making nothing. They have lingo that gets around it like the opening order of a $300 sale you get a $50 "sign up fee" or something making it CLEAR it isn't a commission because they don't want to start out of the gate thinking you get commission. You only get paid if you have nothing but time on your hands to learn their "very comprehensive" plan and learn how to SHARK and get paid off of other's peoples hard work while they make little to nothing. Very disappointing. Renita, the head of the "This is it team" finally answered my questions regarding all of this over 3 weeks later after deleting my Facebook question and told me that over 50 people reached out to her saying my question about not making money on my customer's re-orders was untrue. The fact that she would even use that number is out of integrity. These people at the top are supposedly making HUGE amounts of money and it's because they have learned the game and anyone that comes around and questions the fairness of this system is quickly shamed and shut down. Again there is a good reason people HATE multi-level marketing and while it works for some people it did not work for me.

I tried the 49 patch twice...no relief from painx at all...the person who gave them to me said I have toxins in my body...lol

When I first heard about the patch from a coworker, I was very skeptical. I was on a business trip in Buckhead Atlanta, where one of my coworkers from Portland Oregon was talking to me about the patch. She knew I had been in a car wreck in 2021 that left me with two herniated disc in my neck and severe shoulder pain that plugged me daily.

She gave me one of the patches on January 4, 2025. When I was driving home on the 5th had decided to put the patch on my L7. Within five minutes, my pain was gone. Obviously I called my coworker friend, to tell her about my wonderful experience and how pain that had pledged me for several years was all the sudden gone. When I got off the phone, I thought could this be true, or am imagining things.

I decided to order several months worth of the patches, and also ordered one that is specifically for severe pain. I’ve been wearing patches since January 11 of 2025 and I am here to tell you that this is absolutely 100% legit!

My Wife was also very skeptical, and thought that this was all in my head. When I put the X 39 on her L7, she didn’t experience the same thing I did with pain leaving her immediately. She has bursitis in her shoulder, and her herniated disc in her lower back. She let my put an ice wave patch on her arm one morning when she woke up in excruciating pain. To quote My Wife, oh my goodness, my pain is gone. She said it literally only took a matter of seconds.

She was feeling so much better that she overexerted herself by putting all the Christmas stuff away in the attic. Up and down the attic staircase she went, to have her herniated disc and her lower back bothering her later that afternoon. She wanted me to put an ice wave patch on her lower back, and just like that, the pain went away within seconds.

I am here to tell you, everybody may not experience what I did when you first put on the patch, but if you have pain in your body and you use the ice wave the correct way, your pain will leave in seconds, and you will be a believer like my wife and I!

Within a few weeks of using x39 patches, pain in my lower back I'd had for several years had stopped. I have more energy and generally sleep better. I have now been using the patches for about 7 months and a benign tumour on my calf has shrunk by 1 cm. You need to give the patches time to work, especially if you've had long term health conditions.
The company has also been responsive to questions and the patches arrived quickly.

I use the x39 patch ....my skin no longer gets large bruising spots ...before using x39 patch ...I would get bruises the size of half dollars ...bruising would stay for 2 and 3 weeks ...now after using x39 patch fir 8 months ...I still get some bruising , but at the size of a dime or smaller ...and they only last for 2 to 3 days ...I Love this patch ...and the company delivers like clock work !!

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could feel & experience so many wonderful results from the Lifewave patches in just 3-1.2 months. I was vaccine injured, I only took the jabs to see my brother overseas, before passed away.
I lost clumps of hair- now growing back well, my nails are no longer brittle & split, and the arthritis in my 2 pinkie fingers (diagnosed 5 years ago) no longer painful.
But my biggest achieve was completing a 407 kms Portuguese Spiritual Variant Camino hike. I had a 10 month old titanium left knee but unfortunately I acquired a torn meniscus and bursa on my right leg. Nothing was going to stop me from my trip- 7 years in the making. Two years ago I was struggling on every level, both physically and, as a result, emotionally.

I originally got these for my 91 year young Mum as she was suffering with pain so much, her whole body swollen. Legs so swollen the skin burst, causing more issues. In desperation I got the patches, as all the medicines were not helping. I was amazed at the results. The swelling went down and I actually saw wrinkles on her knees! Mum settled and was calmer and more settled. She literally got out of bed happier and not all doom and gloom as she had been for ages.
