Anthony Russo got back to me right away and was extremely helpful. He explained all of my options for a new stair lift and every step of the installation process.

We purchased a home with a Lifeway Mobility Chairlift. It has been like pulling teeth trying to get anyone to help us in the service department, the sales rep will only text us refers us to service, and our voicemails sit. When we call customer service they are very friendly to forward us to the service department who has no sense of urgency to return our calls. This lift is unusable and there is no accountability to address our issue. The equipment is quality- our issue is spare key- nobody seems to know how much it costs to order one and they can’t tell me when it will be in stock. I would advise against using this company. Despite all its awards and ratings- it’s the exact opposite experience I have received.

I had the stairlift installed July 2025 with a fold up track. The installation was flawless and I was extremely pleased with the results. After two hip fractures and one knee replacement it was great to be able to go up and down the stairs again. Then the end of January I experienced some minor hiccups with the remote control. Promptly a technician was sent to my home at my home to solve the problem. He fixed the problem and checked the whole system out insuring there were no other problems. This is a first-rate company.

Very efficient, knowledgeable. Understands the chairlift workings. A very good worker. Outstanding.

Our stairs were uneven and inconsistent in dimension but the installer improvised, figured it out and the chair works flawlessly.

Kyle was very professional and polite. He made sure that I understood how the chair works.

It was such a great experience dealing with the entire Lifeway Mobility team. They were all super helpful and couldn't do enough for me. I highly recommend them and would definitely do business with them again. I also love the fact that the products are all American made.

I've researched 4 different lift companies. Although all were good, I felt that LifewayMobility was superior. Anthony, Barry and Madelyn were extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaning difference and pros/cons. Anthony Russo and staff should be commended. Thank you folks!

The staff (Office, Sales, & Installer) are very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable, Each took time to explain the processes in their area of expertise and make sure that I understood.

I was a little apprehensive about making the decision to have this installed. Not any more! The peace of mind is immediate and my family is all in! No more holding on the stair rail and hoping not to fall.

Staff was great communicating with us. We even got names of who would be coming to our home, when, and how to contact them. The gentleman who worked with us on determining which access point would be most feasible for this wheelchair ramp covered our 3 options and discussed pros and cons of each site to help us decide where the ramp would go. The person who came to install the ramp was great about contacting us and getting to our home (that is sometimes difficult for people to find).

The contracting, billing, and payment process was all online, quick, and easy offering several trusted payment platforms we already routinely use to choose from.

We are very happy with the process and the results.

Alfonso was absolutely amazing! He was extremely professional and respectful.
He was able to fix our chair to get it running again.

From my very first interaction with Lifeway Mobility, customer service was outstanding. My initial representative was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered some very detailed questions, which immediately gave me confidence in the company. The salesman was easy to work with and thorough when completing the initial measurements and providing the quote. All follow-up calls were handled by the sales manager, who demonstrated the utmost professionalism and integrity as we worked through every detail and functionality of the stairlift I ultimately purchased. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and reassuring from start to finish. I highly recommend Lifeway Mobility.

They went above and beyond our expectations, even though they were professional they were very personable and understanding to our needs, they were very kind, after the installation they took the time to explain everything about the stairlift as well as how it operates, we are very appreciative to lifeway mobility.
