Lighting By Gregory is the best!
As a designer who specifies and buys a wide range of lighting and control product, they handle every collection and manufacturer we love to use for our projects. Our salesperson, Ed Silverii is tops when it comes to customer service and his knowledge of product. The shipping department is extremely well managed, so we always know where our merchandise is at anytime.

Vivian was very informative and extremely knowledgeable about the vast inventory that Lighting by Gregory has. The prices were not over the top either.

I had an excellent experience with Lighting by Gregory during a major home renovation these past few months. My sales rep, Rick Weirich, was always helpful and went out of his way to serve us with advise, unusual orders, helping us figure lighting questions out with our architect and many small details that took what could have been a headache, and made it seamless. The in-store experience was good, but the followup experience was inadequate after placing a large order and paying for it up front.
Phone calls and emails were hard to get replies to my questions and still haven't received answers to some of them.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Worked with Mark R, who takes care to listen to the customer's interest/request and determines feasibility and/or considers the proposed application relative to the physical characteristics and similar conditions. Offers plausible and valued advice, recommendations and/or appropriate product and bears the patience to endure my lengthy due diligence. LBG's merchandising and quality was also consistent to the architecture and style for the proposed application I intended to achive.

The only encumbrance is the payment process; which entails multiple documents. Don't expect to simply give a credit card and have it swiped. No...you have to fill out a form with all of your credit card information, sign it and sign the invoice and ensure that the invoice and credit card forms are in agreement. If handling a transaction remotely, you need a scanner or fax machine to handle it.
