12 weeks waiting and still nothing delivered. They don't answer the phone nor emails. Never buy here.

I ordered a lamp on June the 4th, the website said the lamp would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. Today september the 9th I have yet not recived it, 12 weeks waiting. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t reply my emails and if they answer they give me a vague answer and reply very late. I want my money back but I don’t achieve to get. I really don’t recommend to buy anything here.
