Images: 3 sets of 2x2m White Curtain Lights intertwined with a fence that has a grid of fake foliage. I could orient the LEDs off angle to create a more natural/random look - which is why I chose them instead of Net Lighting. They look exceptional. They are bright but not overpowering. The "White" is clearly not warm, but not overtly blue: it's a pleasing white. When lit with them, the area feels normal (not missing too many colours - which can cause other lights to make everything seem washed out). These are comfortable as a main lighting source if needed). I'm very sensitive to light: while the point-like form of the LEDs can hurt if you stare directly into them, shielding them with curtains, tinsel or similar can reduce that. Even bare, they are much less painful to be around than other point-LED Christmas lights. The wire's feel good quality too. They feel safe to bend, and the LEDs seem secure. I intertwined them with my fence (which helped when we had strong winds), but rain, and frost, they were fine throughout. I definitely think they are worth the money compared to cheaper Christmas Lights I've had in the past. Connecting them together is easy. When doing it at a place where it's hard to see the connector, it takes a little fiddling to get the correct orientation, but it's clear when it's in: the screw/cover then holds them in place well. I used 2 Core Connect extension cables between the lights and the Core Connect Transformer Plug with no issues. My only issue is the plug pre-set settings. The timer is limited to 6hours on - 18 hours off (from when you hold it down) which is okay, but I wish it was customizable. The effects settings don't seem great. Default/Always-on and dimming on-off are fine. It's a pleasant slow change, although if you are very sensitive to light (like me), you can tell it is happening in small steps. It's completely off for a little bit longer than I would want (half a second or so - but long enough that it's noticeably completely dark). There's a dim-every-other LED strand option, which I may have liked, but it waits until one set is completely off before starting the other. I wish they were off-set half the strands were dimming while the other brightened to keep the overall light the same (perhaps the wiring with a single plug makes that impossible though). The rest of the settings are uncomfortably quick, they would give me a headache. There isn't an independent twinkle option for the LEDs (probably because of how they are wired). It's fine though, I just used them on normally the whole time, or the complete dimming when other lights are around the fill the dark moment. I much prefer the clear quality of construction over some plug options anyway. I plugged them into a wireless controlled plug to schedule them too (so I didn't need to stick to the 6-hour timer). Still: they look fantastic. While more expensive than default Christmas light options you can find online, I think they are worth it.
