So far ive had lili for a few months and so far it's been better than using a physical bank location , deposits are released within 1-2 days , keeping everything organized makes my life easier , only think I would say needs some upgrading is the customer service , it should be 24/7 customer service especially if you're paying for the account , also the business credit build account is decent , they shouldn't charge you a monthly fee to utilize it though

***Strong Warning to Every Potential Customer***
Title: Lili Lied About AVS on BBB — They Cost Me $4,000 and Still Gaslight Customers
If I could give negative stars, I would. Lili is a dangerous choice for freelancers and small businesses. I paid their high monthly premium fees for “security” and FDIC protection. Instead, I lost $4,000 to fraud and they denied my claim in under 10 hours.
While I was using my Apple Wallet card in my location, the thief was simultaneously using the physical card 90 minutes away. Charges continued after I reported it stolen, using a billing address in a different county. Rapid-fire transactions should have been blocked instantly.
I did everything right: police report, detailed timelines with geographical proof, witness statements, and Apple Wallet logs. They sent account statements for every month except the critical one and claimed “no error found.”
The AVS Lie Exposed
In their BBB response, Lili claimed merchants verify the address. I contacted two of the merchants directly — both confirmed it is the bank (Lili/Sunrise) that approves or denies the address match. Either they’re lying publicly or their own team doesn’t understand basic fraud systems. Unacceptable either way.
I’ve escalated to BBB, FDIC, OCC, OCFB, and the Federal Reserve now has my case. Two years later, I’m still fighting and heading to arbitration.
Warning: Do NOT trust Lili with your money. Their security is weak, their investigations are a joke, and they fight customers instead of protecting them. The monthly fees buy nothing when fraud hits. Skip Lili — go with Bluevine, Novo, or a real bank.

i am using this to build business credit and i cannot pay my bill on the app or laptop. they sent a code in order to pay and i do not get the code. i called and changed my phone number. still not working. now i am listed as paying late because its a week already 15 emails back and forth NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING and 5 phone calls, you wait 45 min to talk to someone that DOES NOT HELP. STILL NO HELP - stay away from this bank it will RUIN YOUR CREDIT

Love Lili. It is so user friendly. I love that I can organize my expenses and add notes/photos. Being able to print out tax forms based on my expenses. I wish the price never increased, but it’s still worth it to me.

technical difficulties and they cant help you on the phone. do not use this bank. a simple address change is a nightmare. takes three days to get a glich in the app to work. STAY AWAY.
