Fraudulent charges on my credit card have been made. I urge you to investigate this and revert the charges. I'm not even in Spain right now

Just a warning, prices are low but check everything. I was searching for a car rental and I ticked 'pick up from airport' Quotes came through, all airport pick up. Went through to book and i happened to notice the partner company just said 'rental office'. I checked where this would be and turns out its 45 mins away at the city train station. So definitely not the airport ambit stated on original quote from Liligo. So check all the details.
I have booked flights with liligo before , never until now been disappointed. I had to book a flight quickly as informed mother dying , my flight was from Detroit to England ; only a one way ticket as didn't know when I was to return. I went to liligo and best flight offer came from a company called KIWI.COM booked flight got conformation but as it was change at JFK had to confirm with British Airways when got to JFK. Nice scam , got to JFK and my seat was booked with a fraudulant credit card , ...... I had No Seat, frantically BA search for a way to get me there , on the flight I was "BOOKED"on but I had to book a return date as it worked out cheaper ....$2000 later I made my flight under a lot of stress. I wont ever book with KIWI.COM again and will have to strongly consider Liligo. I contacted KIWI.COM for a refund...... Nothing or a reply either.
Liligo.com is a scam. I bought and paid for tickets and let people know the flight information. Fifteen minutes later, received call stating that the flights were sold out, but for several THOUSAND dollars more I could get on other flights. NOPE!!! NOT GOING TO GO WITH THE SCAM AGAIN... And so, I'll be sure to let others know as well.

I have been trying to book a flight for a week. There's always something wrong and my reservations NEVER go through. Here's a list :
Oh, sorry, time ran out
Those seats just sold out, but we have other seats for $$$$
We need updated passport info
We need your middle name
Something's wrong with your phone number
Last night, I called Virgin Atlantic and was told my seats were confirmed and paid for. They gave me my code and we were set. Well, what do you know ..... called the airline today and ALL TICKETS WERE VOIDED !!!!! Hey Liligo, explain to me how to tell my grandchildren that they're NOT going to London because now the tickets are out of my price range. I simply cannot believe a company like this is in business. Also, just to let you know, I have never, ever, left a review for a company in my life, but felt I must so that others are not scammed into thinking they can finally afford that trip they've been dreaming about for 46 years.

UPDATED:
The initial experience was as Described HOWEVER I must say that this company takes its customer service very seriously!!
After describing my problem to a higher level supervisor, they worked very diligently to be able to resolve the issue. An extremely fair resolution was given and I would gladly use this company again as well as recommend them for their services. Great job guys!! I wish that more companies recognized the value of customer service as you have. I can't wait until my next booking.
After looking at several travel sites, I found liligo. It was a huge scam. I was redirected to flightsbank.com. I found excellent pricing, only to wake up to an email that I had successfully cancelled my flight. Of course, I hadn't made any such cancellation. When I called customer service, I was told it was a glitch in their program and this almost never happens. When asked if they would honor the pricing that was reserved, they would not and actually stated that if they did, they would be losing money. Bait and switch!!! Beware and run!! Stick with better websites that have a longer reputation.

ive used before and its a genuine site that doesnt keep changing and keep things simple unlike lots of others that change every month.
I have been using Liligo for a year, and have found it to be a great help in monitoring airfares. I've used it many times to find great airfares, and have booked through the sites to which it directs me. HOWEVER, last night I had a very disturbing experience when I bought a ticket and the company turned out to be apparently a scammer, who then had my credit card number and all my personal information. If Liligo directs you to "Cheap Best Fares" get out as fast as you can. You can search reviews for Cheap Best Fares, and see that they get multiple reviews that speak to how they scam unsuspecting customers. BE VERY CAREFUL.

Your meta search site is very helpful to me by knowing you are covering most of the options for the best prices on my next trip. I saved $350 on my last International round trip from Minneapolis to Romania using your site. I was able to monitor prices then grab a great price when it appeared for only a few hours. I run two identical searches on your site with dates about 3 weeks apart, so I know when the prices begin to rise. I recommend you frequently.

Liligo found me a super rate to fly to Fort Lauderdale from Niagara Falls, and alerted me when the price went down to an even better rate. The cost, however, for a checked or carry on bag was $50 per person, per flight so our initial cost was increased by $200. There was a quote for a lesser rate listed on the airline site, but only available through membership in an $8 Club, which cost considerably more than $8! We are looking at shipping our bags to a post office or UPS location rather than using the Spirit airlines "service".

posting rates that are not available after asking for identifying information from potential customers is dishonest. I fell for this trick twice only to be disappointing. Shame on me. There has to be a better way of conducting business unless you are not concerned about your image and or reputation. It this continues, it's only a matter time until the word gets out that your business model is crooked. There is lots of fraudulent activities online already.

It was the best site to get the lowest price on air fare.
I purchased a ticket for $571.30 through the liligo website to visit my 96yr old grandmother in Paris which I never made it there. Liligo had me flying from Chicago to Newark, NJ then from JFK to Paris. At the very last moment I found out that I would have to pay for my own transportation from Newark to JFK. Afraid that I was not going to make it on time to JFK, I decided to buy another ticket straight to JFK. As soon as I got there I checked in for my flight to Paris and everything was OK. As I was boarding on the plane to Paris I found out I was dropped from the flight because I didn't call liligo to let them know. So, I was told to buy another ticket for $1600. I tried to negotiate the same price of the previous ticket was told no way. As a result, I ended up losing everything and was forced to buy another ticket to fly back to Chicago instead of Paris.
This experience has been very traumatic and heartbreaking for me and my family in Paris. liligo set me up for failure and nobody even tried to contact me before cancel the flight even though I was already checked in with AA. Never again will I buy any ticket to fly with liligo because customer service was rude, heartless and careless about my lost and situation. I highly discourage anyone to do business with these people because it's all a scam to trap customers with less information as possible and at the last minute to find out that you miss your flight and lost everything. Nobody cares to contact me or try to help me out. SCAM! SCAM! BEWARE OF THE SCAM OF liligo.
